Always friendly and helpful. Dr Houston is a great guy. Heather and Debbie are super helpful. Takes a while to get new glasses (1-2 weeks.) However, much cheaper than Lenscrafters. You really get personalized service. Dr Houston showed me the progress of macular denigration and recommended a supplement. It worked perfectly! My wife and I have been going to them for over 15 years.

A mistake was made in my last prescription. First, when I received my new glasses the prescription was wrong and I was seeing double. Second, when I received my new glasses the second time the prescription was still wrong but went unnoticed by those responsible and I have lived the last year with the wrong glasses. This has happened under new ownership. Lastly, all I received was an apology for the mistakes that were made, when there should have been some compensation for the mistakes that were made.

If you need an eye exam, THIS the place to have it done. Relaxing environment, clean and spacious waiting room but best of all is the friendly and helpful staff. The doctor will explain everything in as much detail as you desire and is very knowledgeable (Great guy too!!)

I feel the girls there don’t really want to be there. They all have attitudes if you ask a question if your trying to decide on a pair of glasses like I was and Debbie said what time is my next patient to the office manager so I felt rushed. So I hope my glasses are right after $600. When you are spending that kind of money you don’t want to be rushed

We spent 2 hours with you trying to make sure you were happy with your choices. I am sorry if you felt rushed. We love our jobs and don't like to rush anyone but we do see several patients a day and only have so much time for each patient. If you were that unhappy I wish you would have said something while you were here.

Friendly office. Office staff knowledgeable and always ready to assist. Dr Houston has been an optometrist for many years and "knows his stuff." I've been going there over 10 years and definitely recommend. Only downgrade is having to wait a week for new glasses.

Everyone at your practice is pleasant and caring. Dr Houston knows his patients and is happy to explain his findings in detail, should you wish it. Was prescribed "Eye Promise" after macular test. Decided to follow their recommendation and saw immediate positive results. Better than going blind!! Yes, it will take a week to get new glasses (not one day as other labs can do). They do stand behind guarantees. Highly recommend>

I had something in my eye. Your response was perfect, giving me an appointment right away, and Dr. Huston was able to remove the speck by jabbing a cotton swab in my eye repeatedly, maniacally laughing as the blood spurted across the room. I feel much better now.
