I’m always happy with my experience with Dr. Petrilli and staff. This visit was due to chipping a molar that had been on crown watch. I phoned in at 8:30 AM on Monday to advise I need to come in and got an appointment at 10:30 AM. Repair was made and temporary crown completed!

I needed a lot of work done after my double jaw surgery and finally getting braces of after 11 months. The office was kind enough to give me a little extra time to pay my bill. My sister and I were patients of Dr. Stephanie Chen's since we were both 3. My sister was late the last appointment she had and Dr. Chen's office manager fire both my sister and I from her office My mother wrote Dr. Chen a letter, explained we both had ADHD We never heard from Dr. Chen again. My sister said " I thought she took care of kids with d Disabilities " . I said, I guess only the wealthy kids with a disability. My family has been going to Dr. Bills of Caldwell, Bills and Petrilli for more than ten years. This dental practice is the best one in our long experience of practices. I have had several dental emergencies over the years, the most recent one over the holidays, and I was able to been seen immediately, which was such a relief. Caldwell, Bills and Petrilli will not recommend doing work unless they believe it to be absolutely necessary. I have had experiences in the past in which a dental practice was always recommending crowns and other extensive work every time I visited. The front office staff is professional and friendly. I like that they confirm my appointments the day before. I highly recommend Caldwell, Bills and Petrilli!

I came in for my 6 month check-in and to my dismay, I found out that I had my first cavity. Though I was scared and worried about the pain that would quickly ensue, I was calmed immediately and Dr. Petrilli did an incredible good making sure I was comfortable the whole way through. He explained each step and told me to raise my hand if there was any discomfort during the filling process. I am so grateful for his care. Additionally, my hygienist, Tammy, was so fun and made sure to make sure my experience was a good one. We were able to find many topics to talk about and her cleaning room felt so comfortable.

They never over book . This means that I am able to get in and out in a timely fashion. And, more importantly, I know that I can trust my dentist to perform only necessary procedures and will never take advantage of me by doing unnecessary work that is not needed. We love Dr Petrilli!! I have been going to him since he started in Charlotte! My husband and children no see him! So caring, personable, and very knowledgeable about his work. I have been going to Dr. Caldwell since I was 15 when he had his practice in Matthews. I am now 51, and no plans to ever change to a different practice because they are the best! Drs. Bills and Petrilli are also excellent, and the whole staff feels like family. The rest of my immediate family has always gone to them too, and we just love them. They have always taken terrific care of my teeth and I highly recommend them.

More than once I have had to wait after my apt. Time. This time I was at my apt. @9:50. My apt time was 10:10. Finally at 10:30 I asked why I had not been called. The blonde hair lady said..." You should been sitting over here so I could see you!" Ĺike it was my fault. I mean I checked in! This is not the first time. You send me messages that I have an apt. Then you make sure to let me know it is $25.00 if I do not show. Maybe I should charge you $25.00 if you can't get me in on time.
