Friendly office staff. Very efficient. I recommend more options for glasses and sunglasses. Options for those who do not like the over sized look, or have more of a narrow facial structure. Spending close to $2,000 for one family member for glasses (neuro lenses) that are worn on a daily basis + sunglasses would love more to choose from.

This was my first/initial visit to Buckeye Eye Care and I must say that it was very professional. The facility is most modern and somewhat futuristic with the decor and equipment. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Barton was very thorough and professional by explaining what examines the equipment were for and how the results played out in her diagnosis. I was allowed to ask questions and participate by giving information and a history of my eyes. Overall, my visit was very enjoyable and I will recommend to others that they should make an appointment for a visit.

Im diabetic when my new glasses were made, I had told Dr Barton it was AC1 over 11. She said she knew my eyes….she made the glasses. Received new glasses/lenses and when wearing they made me dizzy n sick. Called back, went back in my eyes had change again so Dr Barton put in reorder..Got those new glasses still not right strength once again. On this visit knowing I was still having problems seeing, this visit was just a follow up and wouldn’t be doing the vision check I’d have to schedule an appointment for that. So that would be more money. I have no vision insurance. So my glasses costing all most $1,500 , aren’t correct. Sad you spend that much for nothing

Dr. Barton truly cares about each and every one of her patients and will go and beyond to assist them in any way she can. She's great in answering questions, doesn't make you feel rushed in any way. everything went well until the end of the appointment. Again, I was left waiting to see doctor barton for 45 minutes. that is unacceptable, people have lives, other things to do. If you are going to leave a person waiting that long have the courtesy to stick your head in the door and check in with the patient. the 2 visits since you moved into the new building has been unsatisfactory to say the least. You are the most expensive optometrist in the area. for the money I pay I should get much better service.

One of the things that I appreciate about Dr. Barton and her staff is that I feel that as a patient I really matter to them. I missed my initial 7:30 appointment, like an idiot, and when I meekly called in they happily rescheduled me for later that same day. I also appreciate how Dr. Barton conducts a thorough exam. It is more than just seeing if I need a new glasses prescription, she uses all of the tools available to her to consider my whole health. They say that the eye is the window to the soul, but the eyes are also the window to a lot of early health indicators such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

After moving to Hillsboro 28 years ago, going to one eye practice that left me freaked out literally, and numerous retail eye centers close to my workplaces with the vision insurance I had, It was the pandemic and working from home that had me try Dr. Barton at Buckeye Eye Clinic. And it's the best eye care I've had in all these years. All the tests are done on up to date equipment, covering many eye conditions to look for which is important to me now that I'm getting older. I like the fact that Dr. Barton explains everything to you, shows you the tests on your eyes, gives advise on keeping your eyes/sight healthy, and is concerned for you personally. The staff is always nice and willing to help in anyway they can. Thank you.

I had a pleasant visit with Dr. Barton! She was amazing! Her staff greeted me upon arrival. They were very professional and friendly. I did not have much of a wait, although I do advise everyone to try and show up a little early to sign in. The office was clean and staff was prepared for me. Dr. Barton is very thorough! She will explain absolutely everything to you in simplest form and will also stop to ask if you have any questions. I was blown away and impressed by the high tech equipment they have available. This was not any ordinary eye exam. It was very amazing to see my own eyes and go over the health of my eyes on the screen. I felt like I learned something new at this appointment. Again, I am so thankful that Dr. Barton explained it to me in simplest form. I placed an order for new glasses from their wide variety available! Over all I definitely recommend Dr. Barton and her wonderful staff! What an awesome experience I had!

I choose to use Buckeye family Eye clinic for several reasons. First, Dr. Barton, she is the best eye doctor I have ever had. She is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Next, it is the most comprehensive eye exam you will ever receive. The staff is very kind and helpful. The only drawback is the cost of glasses, they are on the high side, with that said, I have never had an issue with a pair of glasses I've gotten from Buckeye. Never had lenses and screws pop out, never had the frames give me the slightest bit of trouble, never had to work on them at all. Every pair of glasses I have gotten from those places you see advertise on TV, 2 pair for 69.95 and so on, I've had those, nothing but constant problems from the start. All in all, I would not trust my eyesight to anyone other than Dr. Barton and her Team. One final note, they do have financial options for people.

Tasha Barton is absolutely wonderful! She cares about her patience. I have been recently diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia, I would have never known if it wasn't for her. She is the one that's all I am I eyes! I had hemorrhaging in my eyes and she immediately got a hold of my family doctor and got blood work for me. She has saved my life! I am very grateful for her and her team they are wonderful!

Let me start by saying this...I personally felt beat down by my inability to see. I’ve been told “it’s a normal part of aging.” Well, finally when I enter Buckeye Family Eye Clinic for my yearly exam I was beyond excited to hear about Nuerolens, I have known for some awhile that something was off with my vision. I would see double at time, headaches, TMJ in my jaw, neck pain, fatigue, twitches in my eye, watery eyes and I struggled every day. Until the day my Nuerolens came in and I began wearing them then my life changed. I can see even as I’m typing this on my phone. It’s Amazing words simply can’t describe it. I feel very fortunate to have attend this clinic and beyond thankful for Dr. Barton’s passion for helping people with vision issues. There are no words that can express my gratitude. Sincere Thanks

I purchased the Neurolens skeptically. It has been the best money that I have spent this year. I was have a twitch in my left eye. it started out about a year ago and progressively got worse until it was almost constant. my eyes were tired, dry and got a migraine behind my left eye almost weekly. I was to the point that I was considering changing careers to get away from the computer. My eyes have progressively improved every week since I have had them. I am impressed. These lenses have changed my life! The only thing that would be better is if insurance would help pay for them because they are a life saver.

As always, I was treated professionally from the time I entered the front office. The office is observing, and requiring, CDC guidelines for medical visits, which I appreciate. The technician who took me through the in depth testing prior to seeing Dr. Barton is obviously well trained and thorough. She answered my questions and was engaging. With the new rules and precautions with covid, it felt like our appointment was rushed. The staff was still friendly, they just rushed us along.
