I fully expected to have a tooth with a VERY OLD filling extracted. Shaun's advice was to have it crowned instead and the reasoning behind that advice which made sense. With the new (to me) technology for on-site crown manufacturing, laser measurements and all completed in 2 hours, I am impressed. No coming back in in 2 weeks for the final crown. I live 400 miles RT from the dental office I have been a patient at since 1972.

My first visit with Echo Dentistry was amazing! 😊 I had felt so welcomed and appreciated. First of all, I L❤️VED the ambiance of the waiting room was so warm & inviting. They had the beautifully decorated Christmas 🎄 tree in the corner, and the other corner had the TV screen with an open 🔥 fireplace show. I thought that was a great idea. Deb did a great job on cleaning & examining my teeth. Dr. Gillard gave me a very detailed idea what concerns and updates are needed. The receptionists were very friendly and explained every detail of our bill.

Everyone at Echo remembers me, schedules me at my convenience, starts work at the appointment time, considers my comfort level, and discusses future procedures that might be needed. I have always been pleased with the results.

Best Dentist in the state of Minnesota. Shawn is the best person ever for cleaning time, and Dr. Gillard did 3 separate crowns for me they were done with the best quality.

Dr Gillard is always interested in you and what is going on with you. He truly cares about his patients. he always checks your gums and mouth after every cleaning to make sure all is well with your entire oral health. Records are very accurate. and he always reminds you of needed repair. Shawn who does the cleaning is truly the best teeth specialist I have had ever. I always let people know how gentle, yet effective his practice is. Wendy the insurance specialist is the best I have ever seen at knowing the processes of insurance companies, and for something that would be totally confusing to most people she makes it understandable. I have recommended This Dentist community to many people over the years, and have heard nothing but praise. Thank You for all that you have done for me and others, You have truly made my life better. Regarding the financial question, the only thing I felt wasn't explained was if the type of scan I did for my x-rays was covered through my insurance. I am hoping so. Thanks for the great service!

Shawn got down to my 3 year old's level, explained what everything was before he used it, asked her questions instead of me, which I loved, and he actually understood her answers. She had such a good experience that she wanted to go back the next day.

The Dentist is not a very fun spot to be, but Shawn always makes it as comfortable as he can, also please get it a little bit colder in the room, im assuming most people like me get nervous at the dentist and start to sweat making the visit even more uncomfortable.

The physical office waiting area and other rooms are clean and friendly - they're clinical but not stark IMO. Also, I believe you've struck a very good balance between casual/professional; no small part of that balance is your staff - the staff members I interacted with were genuinely nice people with excellent communication and technical skills.

I appreciated Carrie talking to me about the miscommunication we had about Malea's bill. As always I felt comfortable with Shawn cleaning my teeth. The only negative from this visit was how long I had to wait for Dr. Gillard. Shawn and I talked as we waited.

Dr. Gillard has been my dentist for over 30 years. I have watched his practice grow and change, keeping up with modern technology, to make the patient's over all experience better. His staff is experienced! There is a family atmosphere in the building. My daughter sees Dr. Gillard as well, with her first experience 11 years ago being very positive to the point of not being afraid of going to the dentist. Keep up the good work, Everyone!
