The reason I switched over to Broadway Dental after more than 40 years at my previous dental office was that since we moved to River Vale I wanted to have a dentist closer to home. In addition since most of my family goes to Broadway Dental (and really likes it there) it made sense for me to go there also. Customer service at its best!!! From the second you walk in you feel welcomed. Every staff member greets you as you run into them. It’s a state of the art location and it’s fantastic that it’s a 1 stop shop. I was able to get my cleaning done and a wisdom tooth pulled all in the same place. The front desk was able to tell me how much my visit cost (after figuring out all the insurance stuff) and how much the future work I need, will cost. It’s great to be able to plan and budget with actual numbers. I’ll be back in the chair next Thursday and I look forward to improved dental health.

This visit for a cleaning and exam was a little different; the dental assistant who was very nice spent an extra 15-20 mins finding equipment in and outside the room before we could get started. It would be a better experience if all things in the room were set up before a patient comes in for a procedure. Secondly the dental exam system was having problems and had 3 extra images done for my implant and not sure if they processed at all.

I dread going to the dentist for many reasons but I don’t dread going to Broadway Dental! The front office staff were friendly and scheduling an appointment was a breeze. During my appointment, the dental hygienist (thank you, Nubia!) was gentle yet thorough, and didn’t blind me with pain. When doing the final check, Dr. Schwartz explained everything in plain English. Also, no one tried to sell me any unnecessary procedures or products! Broadway Dental is exactly what I needed from my Dentist!!

Great experience. Service was wonderful and the front desk helped me with my insurance issue with no problems.... Dr. Smith very kind and quick. He did the actual cleaning and it was fast simple and quick.... He did not recommend anything that was not required as a new crown for an old one or some teeth whitening which i like... many have turned me off with their salesman techniques... so far so good :)
