Dr.Brent is such a WONDERFUL pediatric dentist! We had gone to 2 dental places and they both traumatized my little. We found Dr. Brent and it made a world of difference! Foe the past several years my child who is not so little anymore LOVES going to Dr. Brent!!! The entire staff is AMAZING, KIND, AND PATIENT!!!

Both my kids see Dr.Brent for their dental needs since they’ve been of age. My Mother (Shelia Dykes) worked for Dr. Brent many years ago! He was my Dentist as a child and it was only right to bring my children to him for their dental needs. To this day Dr. Brent remembers my family and my Mom still speaks very highly of him. I love that I can take my children to someone I know and trust!

When our daughter was 4 years old she started showing signs of anxiety about going to the dentist. It came out of no where as she's never had a bad experience at the dentist. It got to the point where I decided to switch dental providers in hopes that a change of scenery might help. We began seeing Dr. Brent about 2 years ago. He is patient and unfailingly kind to our daughter. He sees her anxiety and never pushes her. The staff is also so kind and reassuring. At our last visit, she showed several signs of improvement and the hygienist was able to complete her cleaning with minimal pushback from our child. THANK YOU!

The first half of our appointment went great! The dental hygienist was warm and welcoming. My only issue was that when Dr. Brent introduced himself he was in his full get up of two masks, head lamp, glasses and everything. I think it’s a very big reason why my son went from very nervous but cooperative, to scared and crying.

I cannot express enough appreciation for the level of service, professionalism, and patience I experienced. I came in with three kids (one who is autistic with tactile sensitivity). I was anxious about the appointment to say the least. However, Ms. D, Ms. Christy, and Dr. B were AMAZING! They had a seamless process for exams and cleanings, plus they were really patient with the children and knew how to communicate with them on their respective levels. We were out within an hour with three sets of teeth cleaned, three happy kids, zero meltdowns, and a positive "dentist" memory. Absolutely worth the drive for West Ashley. We have found our dentistry home. Thank you so much!

We have been seeingDoctor Brent since we moved here. I appreciate that they book all my kids on the same day. That the technicians are friendly and warm with my boys. That Doctor brent takes time with each of my kids and cares about their individual needs.(I have a teen with braces.)His office is always clean. The ocean theme is beautiful, fun , & engaging. I love that the office is small enough that I don't worry about massive germs coming through the door and we just really appreciate everyone in his office!

The best pediatric dental office out there. The staff is absolutely lovely and made my daughter feel comfortable immediately. I’m not sure which one of us had more fun! Dr. Brent is great at his job and everyone is so professional and friendly. There’s also amazing murals throughout the office that my daughter loves to look at. An all around wonderful place.

Dr Brent and his staff are always caring and thorough. My kids love going to the office and seeing the fish, and they like that Dr Brent always takes the time to talk to them about their teeth. The hygienists are all so sweet and are great at cleanings. I also like that Dr Brent doesn’t pressure treatments but gives options and works with us to come up with a plan that works for us, and takes care of the kid’s teeth. I can’t say enough good things about the office.

Doctor is great. Our dental assistant the past 2 visits wasn’t very talkative to my kids or friendly compared to the interaction that the other assistants had with other children there. She seemed to be rushing but otherwise, great visit.

Dr. Brent and his staff are absolutely the best. My 2 year old son who has sensory issues and Speech delay completely had a meltdown during his visit. They didn't even blink, professional to the T. I was so embarrassed and they were reassuring and understanding. He was able to still complete a thorough exam and took the time to answer all my questions regarding his care. We have been with Dr. Brent's office for 13 years with my oldest and they have always been absolutely wonderful!

Wonderful staff! My child was terrified of her dentist, so we decided to give Dr. Humphrey a try and I am so glad we did. There were no tears, and she is not scared to go back again in 6 months. I highly recommend Dr. Humphrey if your child has any anxiety about the dentist.

Just wondering if it is standard practice to only apply fluoride to the bottom teeth? Also wondering why the teeth were not scraped as they have been before? The entire visit only took 15 minutes for my 17 yr old! I know a standard cleaning takes much longer!

We just switched to Dr Brent Humphreys’s office and have had a great experience. I had to change appointments due to scheduling and health issues and they were so kind. Before the rescheduled appointment my daughter started had started experiencing tooth pain. I called to see if they could see us and the staff and Dr Brent went above and beyond. He was headed out of town and not even seeing patients that day but still made time for her to come in to start a treatment plan for her. When we returned for her cleaning a few weeks later he remembered us and again was attentive and kind. The entire staff has been amazing and it’s been such a nice switch from our last office. I can’t recommend them enough!!

My family has been coming to this practice for many years. On this day my child had a new to us hygienist and well my child felt like she was interrupting the girls conversation with the other people in the room. She barely acknowledged my child, nor spoke to her and was rough in the scraping of her teeth and gums. We always have Shannon and love her, can we go back to her?

Dr. Brent has cared for my children and grandchildren for 30+ years. I took my 5 year old grandson for dental work yesterday, and he was EXCITED to go to the dentist, even knowing he was going to get a tooth "fixed". Dr. Brent is the absolute best dentist ever. Both of my children wish that he could be their forever dentist. He is always very upbeat, cheery, and positive with us and one time we had a dental emergency when my daughter was 3 and he met us at his office after hours and immediately fixed our little one's tooth with no pain or trauma. We will be patients of Dr. Brent until we are too old to do so. I highly recommend Dr. Brent for anyone who is looking for a fantastic and family pediatric dentist. He is one of a kind!

Gladys went in and everything was great I would suggest maybe a bench or picnic table outside in the shaded area. we have to wait outside which I understand and expected but since my 1.5-year-old will not sit in a car that is not moving lol we hung out on the side and enjoyed the shade. but a bench would have been comfy lol. thanks for opening up and do the best you can you keep everyone safe.v

Dr Brent is so awesome! He has taken care of my kids dental needs for over 10 years. This past weekend my son was in extreme pain and Dr. Brent was able to call in antibiotics on a Saturday evening. My daughter had her very first check up this week and it went phenomenal! Pam has exceptional kiddo skills- my daughter loved her (shy there, but wouldn’t stop talking in the car)! During the cleaning, she explained everything she was going to do to make sure my daughter was comfortable. Dr. Brent was great! He introduced himself as soon as he walked in and he took the time to answer all of my questions I had at the end. Very pleased! Amazing staff and a kid friendly environment

Great clinic, very calm and appropriate staff to handle kids with dental care. They took the time to explain thoroughly care, brushing teeth, when to leave a bottle for my toddler, and when I would be expecting her molars to come out. My son got entertained by pikachu on the wall, but most importantly the staff showed him patiently what they were going to do before doing it minimizing his fear. Both of my kids did great but wouldn't have happened without the tender care from everyone! I loved my visit :)

My sons hygienist was the bomb.com I was super nervous and so was Lukas( he's 18 months). It was his first dental appt EVER. All of my questions were answered and she took her time with Lukas. Dr. Humphrey also educated me on what and what not to do. I did not feel rushed at all. Staff was very personal smiled waved at Lukas. Next time I won't be nervous at all I know he's in good hands.

We love Dr. Brent and all of his lovely staff! They are kind and patient with my children and make them feel at ease. Dr. Brent was also my dentist when I was a child and I have fond memories of visiting when I was young. The office is an undersea theme and has murals painted on every wall which makes for a beautiful view while waiting and getting work done. Honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My children love going to see Dr. Brent and his staff! They're always met with a smile and a hug. There is never any tears or fears with our visits even for fillings or xrays. There is never a long wait and each visit we get right in and out! Jen at the front desk remembers our family and always greets all the children as we walk in to do. It's nothing big or grand but to small people it means so much to be noticed and acknowledged. The clinical staff make what could be a very stressful event so enjoyable for the kids. From fun glasses to wear to coloring pages and stickers.

I brought in my 3 boys for a 2 PM appointment. Within a few minutes we were welcomed back by 3 hygienists. They were working on their stuff shortly after. Working on all 3 at the same time. Rads, cleaning and seeing Dr Brent all done in 30 minutes. Dr Brent took his time to talk to me about all the boys even though they were in separate areas and point out places to improve on. They even fit in one boy for sealants. Saved me a round trip or 2 hours. Out before 3pm. I used them when my kids were little and lived in goose creek. I have moved since and 45 minutes away but never wanted to change my boys dentist. They feel safe there and willing to work with the kids when needed.

Extremely disappointed that we were scheduled to see Dr Brent and my kids saw another Dentist. In the 15 years we’ve been coming we’ve never had to see another dentist at this office. I am not confident he assessed either of my children’s teeth correctly. I’m also annoyed and upset that I had to pay 2x due to receiving a COLLECTION LETTER for 87.00 which I sent payment to but still had to pay AGAIN because it wasn’t reflected yet to have my children’s teeth cleaned. We have never owed or not paid what was due so I am not sure what changes are being made in this office but we’re reluctantly perusing a new dentist because of these issues.

Check in was a breeze and the coloring pages and crayons made our very short wait even better. The assistants in the back were cheerful and very attentive to Corbins fears as well as my own. My 1 year old son took it alot better then my 4 year old son but they took their time with him and tried to make him feel as comfortable as possible. The entire experience was amazing for my 4 year. The dental technician was very good with him and understanding that he has only been to a dental appt one other time. This was my son's second visit to Dr. Humphrey's office and both times the staff has been extremely friendly and welcoming! I love the atmosphere and would recommend a million times!

We Love Dr. Humphrey and his staff!!! They are so amazing and take really good care of their patients! They take their time and explain everything they are doing to the kids and make them feel at ease! We wouldn’t go anywhere else 😃

I’m so happy I found Dr. Brent when looking for a pediatric dentist for my 2 year old daughter! We have only been twice but both times Mrs. Pam and Dr. Brent did a wonderful job making Amelia feel comfortable and getting her to calm down. The staff there seems very knowledgeable and it is very comforting that Dr. Brent said he is able to be contacted on his cell in the case of any after-hours dental emergency. I highly recommend this office to anyone searching for a pediatric dentist!

I have been taking my son to see Dr. Brent and his staff for 11yrs. My son was 4yrs old and terrified of the dentist. He met Ms. Pam, and that was it!! He talked about Ms. Pam for a week! ALL of the staff and Dr. Brent are absolutely AMAZING!! Now my daughter sees Ms. Pam and Dr Brent!! Everyone in the practice treats you like family from the moment you walk in until you leave. I no longer live in the Goose Creek area, but I will only take my kids to Dr Brent and family!!

I really had a good feeling when we left there yesterday after our consult with my daughter. There's a real difference in a pediatric dentist vs General Dentistry. I thought Dr Brent was practical regarding plan. They do not look for work to do unless necessary. My Daughter was at ease with him.

I LOVE this office! I will continue taking my son and plan on taking our new child as well. We have tried another dentist and had a horrible experience and really appreciate how kind the staff here is to myself and my son.

Steven's first ever dental checkup (age 2 1/2). He had a blast. Loved the waiting area. Loved the chair (it goes up and down!). Loved his sunglasses during exam. He did great! It will be no problem getting him to go to the dentist again!

Dr. Brent is a awesome dentist !!! He has so much patience with his patients . His staff makes you feel welcome ! The hygienist are great with the children . We been going there for a long time ! It was our first visit to the dentist with our twin girls, Marlee and Maycee, and it was a great experience. Ms. Pam and Dr. Brent were amazing with their patience with our daughters and they M & M did great and did not fuss a single bit, surprisingly. I thougjt that our daughters would not like it at all but everything went smooth and they loved it.
