I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility was. The front desk folks were very welcoming from the start!! Everything went smooth drone entering to leaving. I love coming into this office. Every person I talk too is happy and energetic! The office staff greets me by name, they ask how I am .. how my kids are ! I got my Drivers Physical, almost everything was great. Brady Chiropractic Group no longer gives you a laminated copy. while I understand what a pain laminating is, I think you under estimate how important this is to have. for the next 2 years I need to have a readable copy of my Drivers Physical on hand. Some scales are in out of the way places (Some are mobile and set up in VERY out of the way places) Some are . . .well Red neck. YOU are betting that all these scales will except a photo on my phone. But YOU are betting MY ability to drive/work. Charge $5 more and go back to laminating, I had to drive around & find a printing shop and get it done myself.

Brady Chiropractic has a lot of devices more than most chiropractic offices I have been to four different ones the first one is the most expensive and is very closer to a natural doctor office where they give you a full exam, I loved their hours 8am most days and they have Saturday chiropractor hours available most are closed they have at least three, Dr. Pratt she tells you what she is about to do exactly so you don’t usually have surprises with her. They also have a few packages available in payment so you can pay as you come in or you can pay a certain amount and just come in and they subtract it from that amount. They have coupons each person can use every three months too. Sounds awesome to me hope it sounds awesome to you as well give them a go.

I was very unimpressed with Dr. Pratt. By the time she came into the room for my adjustment it was an hour past my appointment, and she was in there for less than ten minutes. Dr. Pratt was very impersonal, and barely adjusted anything. I understand that appointments can go over, and get behind, but the quality time for my appointment wasn’t there. This adjustment was not worth the money I spent.

The staff is wonder because they take the time to acknowledge me when I arrive, are helpful with answering questions, and explain each step of my visit clearly. The doctor listens to body issues and has a great sense of humor as he explains what he is doing to help. I definitely recommend Brady Chiropractic.

My Mother and I both came in to get our foot impressions taken for a set of custom Sole Support Orthotics. Between the two of us we walked out paying a total of just over $700. The service we received was not even worth the two hour round trip drive we had to make. First of all, the initial person who was performing the foot impressions was completely unqualified. She was a front desk staff member and had no clue what she was doing. I had to ask for one of the chiropractors to come take a look because after wearing these same brand of orthotics for 13 years I knew she was doing it WRONG. Once the Dr. finally came over to take a look, he confirmed this lady was doing it totally wrong. The Dr. was in such a hurry to get on to his next client he barely gave me the time of day. I guess my $350 worth of his time was not worth it? The same terrible service was given to my Mother. Does this sound like $700 worth of service? I dont think so!!! I would NEVER return to this unqualified, unprofessional place or EVER send anyone I cared about there.

Brady Chiropractic is the place to go when you find yourself not feeling up to par. Whether it is chiropractic care, massage therapy or other noninvasive care, these guys have it all. All the staff and doctors care about you leaving better than you came and they are all knowledgeable within their specialty. Ive been coming her for years when I need it but this last visit i requested Dr Hanson and they scheduled me with a lady they said was just as aggressive but when I got to the appointment she was half my size and I dont feel that I got adjusted the way I needed. I'm always 100 percent free of pain the next day after i see Dr Hanson but I've been in pain every since my last adjustment. Like i said I've been going here for years and they've always done a great job but once you find a dr there that can adjust and make you better dont let them set you up with anyone else but that dr if you can help it.

BCG is the only place I will go for adjustments. Dr Hansen is very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff is always courteous,professional and friendly. I started going there after another Chiropractor wanted to do $600 worth of x-rays and laid out a lengthy treatment plan before even examining me. Dr. Hansen had me back to work the same day and completely straightened out in 2 visits. He doesn't lecture when I don't follow his orders completely, just chides me into seeing my error.
