Wonderful staff and customer service. Gerren was clearly the difference maker. My husband and I have switched eye doctors to Bocaview because Gerren highlighted the service. We also now use Bocaview for eyeglasses. Our daughter also switched based on our feedback. And our son is next. Gerren is AWESOME!

I found the overall experience to be very uneasy. The prep woman seemed scattered the doctor was great. The location had my incorrect insurance even though I had given my correct information through the online system. Additionally, when I went to pay the machine only took $84 of my total. The receptionist had no idea what happened and didn’t know how to fix it. I won’t be returning.

I have a very difficult prescription and Dr. Beck nailed it. Extremely thorough eye exam. Dr. does not rush you and takes time with exam and answering questions. I live in the Florida Keys and continue to drive two hours to see this Dr. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome. I would never go elsewhere

Pushy sales people that have no concern for patients. Selling old discontinued frames for 3x the price everywhere else online. Doctor is rude is impersonal and didn’t even bother introducing herself. You’re a walking dollar sign to them.

Genuine customer service is hard to find these days but it does exist at Bocaview. I've visited Bocaview in the past for a simple eye examine and my husband uses them for his vision needs but my recent visit went beyond just an eye examine. I knew I had reached the stage in life where my vision wasn't as good as it use to be. I tried my best to avoid the inevitable but knew the day would come I would crossover from a simple eye examine to needing glasses. I think most people know when this stage happens in life it can be difficult to face because its an actual sign you're getting older. UGH, right?! Well, everyone at Bocaview made facing this unwanted transition feel like a right of passage from my teenage years to adulthood. Dr. Galasso was so encouraging. She not once made a less then positive remark or comment about the fact my vision wasn't perfect anymore. She kept the examine upbeat and educated me on other things I could be doing for my eyes that would make them happier and healthier. These things would never have crossed my mind and were actually things I was doing on a daily bases that I could be doing better. My happy and healthy experience didn't stop there. After finishing with Dr. Galasso I then had to do something I've never done before in my life, choose frames. It was such a weird thing to have to do knowing I would be choosing something I would have to wear on my face for the rest of my life. The closest I've ever gotten to frame choosing is having to select sunglasses and as most people know you don't have to wear sunglasses all the time, unless you're Corey Hart. LOL! I almost didn't know where to begin but then Dr. Galasso passed me off to Sherri. Sherri was the best. Just as Dr. Galasso did, Sherri made my frame experience fun and effortless. From walking through the door until walking out the entire team at Bocaview made me feel welcomed and special. Just the things a gal needs when she knows she's crossing over into a new stage of her life.

Very pleasant people that work in the office. The only thing I do not like is that I have seen 3 different doctors the last three times I’ve been there. I saw Dr Beck perhaps 1 time in the last 4 years. Was there yesterday (9/18) and the Dr I saw was probably the best of all the other ones I’ve seen outside of Dr Beck. Very nice demeanor and made sure I felt good with my new prescription.

I was promised by Erika an email regarding my prescription so that way I have the chance what is better for me price wise and ask her to email my records this been 7 times asking, today on my follow up I asked her again what happened to the email you promised to send me, she replays on of kind RUDE way “I am very busy and we are short of staff “ THIS IS THE WRONG ANSWER!. Even I made an appointment for my wife (Marta Valencia) yesterday she took half of the day off, but we have a little delay and I called the office around 12:00 appointment was for 12:30, we live in Margate and we were running a little bit late so I was asking her and telling her that we going to be late about 15 minutes or so, she can’t help us and my wife waste her half of work’s day. I don't understand me right now I have a follow-up appointment at 12:00, right now it is 12:25! doesn't make sense to me my wife situation on the regard of this. Thank you. The

Great Front Office Staff - friendly and patient. Both Optometrist that I've had in the last 2 years were very friendly and both informative. My recent trip to Boca View was just under an hour. Answered all of my questions regarding eyecare. I find great comfort in finding this practice after moving to Florida.

I have been with the same Eye Doctor for 15 years. I need to change as I moved to Coral Springs three years ago and the location of that doctor was just too far for me to continue to see. I tried my husband's eye doctor a few weeks ago. I was so disappointed and thought I needed to go back to my other doctor. During the pandemic I needed to order more contacts. I contacted Accuvue and they gave me the name of a few local doctor's offices that I could order through my insurance. I chose Bocaview Optical. They were terrific and we were able to do everything over the phone. So when it came time for my next eye check up I knew I wanted to try BocaView optical as my forever eye doctor. After my appointment last week I was so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful office, the friendly staff and the fantastic Dr. Galasso. I had such a great experience. I was most impressed with how thorough she was. All the questions she asked and now I have the perfect prescription. The staff adhered to all the Covid protocol's and made me feel comfortable and safe. I will be back to get some reading glasses soon. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

Have been a Bocaview Optical customer for the past 3 or 4 years. The whole experience, start to finish, is always top notch. Dr. Beck is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He takes the time to go through all of the eye scans in detail and explain everything and look and discuss things that most other eye doctors gloss over. The rest of the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Finally, the store is clean, bright and has a great selection.

From the moment I entered, I was treated professionally and greeted with a kind hello.The office was well lit and very clean which was most important given the current pandemic. The fish tank was a great addition to the establishment which provided a tranquil setting and complimented the modern look of the business. The staff was friendly, helpful and answered my questions with ease. The (eye) exams were performed quickly and thorough. The consultation regarding my vision was presented accurately and in detail. Welcoming and clean office. All employees were kind and helpful. However, if you are on a budget be prepared to pay a high price for frames. I purchased a frame that was close to $470 dollars and found the frame on the designers website for $385. Knowing that I would still go back because I liked the doctor and the office staff.

The entirety of the staff are polite, informative, and professional. I genuinely have a great experience every time I’m there. I’ve had some questions and concerns in the past that my precious optometrist couldn’t give my answers and advice for. These have now been resolved thanks to Dr. Beck and Dr. Fischer and both my contact lenses and my eye glasses are more comfortable than I knew possible. Easy to talk to, and very helpful. Even received some education on laser surgery and the few other questions that popped up. All in all, a great experience every time.

Until two years ago I had always insisted on seeing an Ophthalmologist for for ALL my eye care however since finding Bocaview and working with Dr, Beck that has all changed. I have never had as complete an eye exam as I do with him. He is far more thorough than any of my previous doctors and the one time since seeing him that I needed surgery he referred me to an excellent physician. I am also very pleased with the prescription lenses they've made for me. Bocaview has completely changed how I perceive eye care and I am very grateful for their help.

I did not stay for my appointment as the machinery was broken the place was not cool enough and the technician had a nose ring and long long painted yellow fingernails all bad. Technician did not have a mask on. she had a visor not acceptable

Everyone there is so nice! Dr. Beck was professional and kind. He explained to me what he was doing every step of the way and so did the girl who did my eye exam (I am so sorry I don’t remember her name!) Sherri was a peach and helped me pick out frames for me and took time to look for the perfect pair for my indecisive self. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent and VERY thorough eye exam. Very clean and efficient office. I've never had such a great eye exam with all the amazing technology they have here at this office. Dr. Beck is AMAZING and gives an excellent exam. Such a great doctor and super knowlegeable on all topics. I would definitely recommend Dr. Beck to all my friends and family members. All the employees were very nice and the tech was very good at keeping the machines wiped down and explaining everything every step of the way. Also there was a beautiful selection of glasses to choose from in this office. Definitely Recommend this office!

I was greeted at the door where someone took my temperature, everyone wore face masks and gloves. I felt safe from the virus. The personnel were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The testing equipment looked current and I felt the Doctor who worked with me knew what she was doing and answered my questions. I would (and have) recommend Bocaview Optical.
