We had a great experience! Friendly staff, great with kids. Our family of 5 was able to get cleanings in the same afternoon. The hygienist was very honest and didn’t push me to pay for services I didn’t need. She was so sweet and kind. After my son finished his cleaning, she let him help finish up his Dads cleaning - she gave him some little gloves and let him hold the suction tool. It was such a great experience. I’m very satisfied with the care we received and trust them to handle all of our dental needs in the future.

Staff was very laid back and kind. Probably the most comfortable I've ever been during/after a dental procedure. Of course, I can't say I'm excited for more dental work but I will be happily returning to Bluffdale Dental for it to be done.

I had a crown put in and it was in a weird spot. I know it was difficult and it took a bit of time, but Dr Proctor was fantastic. The only complaint I could have is that I was watching Netflix during the procedure and all of a sudden it kicked me out because there were too many people watching it at once! Mayyyybe try to add Disney + as an option to watch as well (: OH and the assistant didn’t grind down my tooth enough so I’ll need to call in tomorrow so someone can grind it down more because I can’t chew on the other side at all since the temporary crown is preventing the other side of my teeth to touch when I bite down Everything else was great. The staff is always so kind, Dr Proctor is so friendly, down to earth, and funny, and everyone is always wanting to make sure I’m comfortable. I felt very taken care of!

My co worker referred me to them because she knew I dread going to the dentists. I haven’t had many pleasant experiences previously but this one was by far the best service from the moment I walked in all the way to the end of my appointment. Kind staff, professional and very informative. I see why she referred me & I’d recommend them to anyone as well.

Wow what a first time experience! The staff were friendly and my hygienist Makayla was awesome! She educated me on my teeth,the camera tour of my mouth was a game changer for me. It was cool to look up at the tv screen and see my teeth and learn more about them. Makayla and the dentist showed genuine care and concern. My husband and I will definitely be back! I’ve said it before, and nothing new this time. Every single time I walk into this office I feel like family. I seriously can’t express adequately what a wonderful feeling it is to feel so welcomed. Dr Babcock spent a few moments just chatting with me and was genuinely interested in me, and all aspects of my life, just as a loving brother or friend would be. The staff are all just so heart warming not only with me as a patient but also with one another which creates a feel of unity and teamwork that you feel the moment you walk in the door! I’ve never in my life until now, had this kind of experience at the dentist and I have this same experience every time I come back! You guys rock! Fantastic Staff! Dr. Jolley and his assistant were so great with making this 1st time dental experience great for Jack. For being 2 and a half they didn't expect him to let them see in his mouth and they were more than understanding. Their focus was on helping him feel comfortable and happy with just being there. We loved that at parents.

I'm impressed. Jenny (spl?) was so thorough with my exam. She took pictures of all the potential problem areas and I could see them in in real time. Dr. Proctor was great too. It was the first time I felt like I knew exactly what is going on in my mouth! Excellent care and kind and friendly, genuine bedside manner!

We were there for 1 hr 10 minutes for a child’s cleaning appointment. Is there anyway to shorten the waiting time? Each person we worked with did their part quickly, the waiting to get started and in between is what seems to be the hold up.

Im always disappointed how long it takes to do a cleaning. An hour or more is too long out of my day. With my last cleaning also, my gums were sore for 2 days after because of the sharp scraping. My teeth weren't even bad either. I also dont appreciate when im told things like "looks like you have some acid decay" and I ask how that is possible(we went through a list of the things that can cause that) and I dont do a single one of those things. Then when I ask how to help it the answer is the brush 3-4 times a day, which is just strange. I also decline fluoride for personal reasons, and every time they find any issue with my teeth im told "Well that's really what fluoride could fix". I feel like I cant really trust the advice given to me here. I also would like to point out that my husband always gets a girl named Hannah, and has a terrible experience every time. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing at all, is constantly having to look up basic tasks in the book or pull in others, and complains about her job to him. She takes absolutely forever. Its uncomfortable and when I complained the first time I was basically told our expectations needed to change, not them. The last thing is, our insurance covers x rays 1x a year. We have told the office this, and they still did X-rays(my husband didnt realize, and let them) and then we were met with a big bill. its very frustrating to have to be advocating for yourself like this and not being met with any help from the staff. Overall, we haven't been satisfied, and I plan on finding a new dentist.

Staff is great, always friendly, the facility is clean and well managed, and I don't feel pressured to get extra services that drive up the bill. These are all huge plusses for me. You could cut down on the number of reminders. With texts, emails, and Google calendar all sending multiple reminders, t is too much.

I had both my kids come before me and the paperwork to be filled out beforehand was a little frustrating. All required fields like ‘who can we thank for a referral’ when nobody referred us but I had to put something in anyways. Then the next question l think was how did you hear about us. Also all the rating of smile questions are not necessary for a 5 year old.

Bluffdale dental is a bigger and busier dentist office. They have two dentists instead of one and multiple different hygienists and dental assistants running around. It has a more rushed feel in comparison to a smaller practice. However, regardless of how busy everyone is, they do a good job of communicating, being friendly with patients, and in general giving a very welcoming environment!

I always enjoy going to the Dentist when I got to Bluffdale Dental. The front desk always do a great job of making you feel welcome as well as the assistants and hygienist and dentist. I habe came in for Botox also and both girls were pleasant and never pushy to up my units and always worked with my budget. Your sweet office even sent me a card with everyone’s signature on it for a condolence on losing a couple of special people in my life. I mean it doesn’t get better then that.

My kids just had the time of their lives at Bluffdale Dental! They love the arcade, the ice cream, but most of all, they loved the friendly staff. We’ve moved a lot over the years and so we’ve been to many different dentists, and I’ve never seen dental assistants take so much time and care to teach my kids how to brush correctly (I even learned something from the demonstration). We had such a great experience, and the new office is just a beautiful, bright, and friendly space.

Going to be honest, I don't like going to the dentist. I know shocking right. While I don't think that anything will ever make me want to go to the dentist, Dr Babcock and his team make the experience bearable. While that may not sound like high praise it really is. They are always friendly and It never ceases to amaze me that even though they only see me, hopefully, twice a year they always seem to remember me.

Dr Dave was suggested to me by his brother Doug. I had just moved to Utah and had suffered through a year long very bad experience with another local dentist. Dr Dave not only fixed the damage but he replaced a substandard bridge at no cost. He said that I deserved a warrantee even if he didn't perform the original work. I had never heard of this and I'm pretty sure this isn't normal. That's the kind of dentist he is. He later performed a lot more work on my teeth, including 4 implants and multiple crowns. I can't imagine a more competent & caring professional who is also concerned about cost, than Dr Babcock and his whole organization. He is just the best.

I had a wonderful experience at Bluffdale Dental this week. It was my first time in and I brought my 3 y.o. daughter with me. My daughter was nervous and they were so great with her. They didn't push anything on her and they gave her toys to play with and turned her favorite tv show on while I got my teeth cleaned. ALL of the staff (from the receptionist to the dentist) were so friendly. Josh who did my teeth cleaning was so friendly and happy and fun to talk to. Truly a wonderful experience. So glad we found Bluffdale Dental. They are sooo much better than our last dentist office!!

I felt that there was to much talking. I’m a busy Mom and needed to get through my appointment quickly, the reason why i scheduled first thing in the morning. The assistant/hygienist were thorough but I felt like disregarded the hurry I was in. I then waited for the dentist for at least 15 min and I was the one to say I needed to get going. I expect to be in and out in 45 min. I spent an hour and a half in the office.

If I have an appointment at 1 pm and I show up before by 5-10 mins why should I have to wait until 1:30 to be treated? That is nearl:40 mins of wasted time for a teeth cleaning. I have lives too and other appointments. Please stop overbooking or get on time. The chit chat about nothing wastes time.

Cleaning and evaluation was good. Dr. Babcock always makes you feel like he is thorough but candid in his evaluation. I never feel like he is trying to up-sell me services. However, I was annoyed with being abandoned for 20 minutes by the hygienist after the cleaning and x-rays before the dentist came in. It seems like it ought to be common courtesy to give the patient an idea of how long he will be waiting and to update him of you miss that estimate.

I was very pleased with Dr. Babcock and his dental clinic. I needed a dentist to see if I had a problem with a tooth prior to going into surgery. They got me in right away, in a timely fashion. I found his office to be conveniently located, his assistants and front desk to be very friendly . I will return. For him to give me an exam, take 1 X-ray, And supply me with antibiotic mouthwash was only $60... I couldn’t be more pleased..

3 days ago I had my first appointment at Bluffdale Dental today and I was such a great experience! Josh was my Dental Hygienist and he was so awesome made me feel very comfortable and found things that we both had in common. He was very detailed with everything that he was doing during my cleaning and gave me all the information to improve my Smile. I saw Dr. Scott and he was very professional and super personable. Everyone was so nice! They really show that they cared about my oral health and me as a person, while being upfront with any costs associated with the treatment/procedure. Dr. Wilde was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and personable. He followed up with me the next day to see if I had any lingering questions and to check to see how I was doing. A truly exceptional experience! My favorite part of this dentist office is how much they involve you in the findings and work that may need to be done. They show you the x-rays, even use a camera whose picture that you can see on the overhead screen so that it's not a mystery what they are talking about. I love the dentist's opinion that the best dentistry is none at all; dentists make money for doing services, so to meet an honest dentist that works conservatively is quite refreshing.

For several reasons it has taken me entirely too long to get back to having regular dental care. That being said, I was very nervous and just knew my visit would be full of bad news. Not one person made me feel bad about it being so long between cleanings. The front desk staff were all very friendly. The dental assistant was super sweet. The hygienist was a delight even when I told him I was super scared. He put me at ease like it was second nature to him. The doctor took the time to actually talk to me and made sure I was comfortable and informed of all that was going on. I was even comfortable asking about getting options for straightening my teeth as an adult. Every aspect of my visit was gentle. This is the first time I'm not dreading my next visit. Thank you to all of your staff that really made me feel like family.

I love Bluffdale Dental! They are easy to schedule with and their e-mail and text reminders are great, especially for the 6 month cleanings. The facility is clean. The assistants/hygienists are knowledgeable, I appreciate that they take the time to hand scale when possible. The doctors are very personable and make sure that you know and understand the procedures/treatments recommended. Not to mention you can watch TV during your appointment. I recommend them whenever someone asks about a dentist!

Best dentist ever !!! From the moment I spoke with Bailey at the front desk to meeting with the Hygienist (we laughed the whole time & he was SO informative and enjoyable to talk with! I have never been to a dentist that took such great care of their patients like this before! I really enjoyed the complimentary water I got right when I walked in and the free WIFI! I also loved the options to listen to music, watch tv and enjoy a massage while getting my teeth cleaned. I really loved that the hygienist took the time to detail to me what she was doing and why. It was a new-patient initial visit and check up, but I was very impressed with the amount of time the technician and the dentist spent with me, answering my questions (even the ones I didn't think to ask), and explaining things to me. I learned that my previous dentist had not been doing regular xrays on my front teeth and there was up to 5 yrs of built up problems that should have been caught and addressed before root canals & even implants became necessary!

WELL, I FOUND A DENTIST OFFICE THAT TOOK ME IN RIGHT AWAY WHEN I NEEDED. SO MY ADVISE IS TO ..... GIVE YOUR SCHEDULE MORE FLEX AND HELP PEOPLE WHO NEED TO CHANGE THERE APPOINTMENTS. TAKE CARE OF YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS THAT ARE LOYAL TO YOU! SHOW THEM YOU CARE AND WILL HELP THEM ACCOMMODATING THERE NEEDS TOO. All aspects of my visit were excellent. Setting up appointments was an ease. Upon arriving other than filing our initial patient paperwork I didn't spend any time in the waiting room, I was quickly taken back and never spent time waiting. All hygienists, technicians and the dentist were very friendly. They even played with my 2 year old daughter while I was having x-rays taken. The facility is up to date and is located in a convientient part of town for my family. Equipment used was high quality (the chairs even had massage mechanisms). The dental advice given well explained and relatable to my every day dental routine. I look forward to a long time relationship with this practice.

I was surprised and very impressed with my experience. I hadn't been to a dentist for about 7 years so I was nervous (only 1 cavity though 😉). From check in to check out it was a breeze. I loved the massage chair and that they are able to show you the radiographs while you're in the chair. Super easy to schedule based on your needs.

My husband and I love Bluffdale dental. Their team is amazing!! We have been with Dr. Babcock for years after having bad experiences with previous dentists. He cares so much about his patients and goes above and beyond for them. We have recently moved 4 hours away and still drive back to work with The Bluffdale Dental team. You won't find a better dental office to work with!

I love everything about my dentist visit exception to the notifications. Within the 2 weeks of the appointment my email and text messages get overwhelmed. I received 4 emails within 2 weeks of the appointment, similar if not more (felt like) text messages. Can you stop doing them so frequently. My apt was 01 Mar and I received an email 2/15, 2/27, 2/28, 3/1 - plus text messages.

Great at reminding you for appointments, helps you work through payment and insurance, great dental and orthodontic care.. Had my teeth straight in 6 months! very fast cleaning, and very good at making sure you maintain your dental health.

Awesome to get me, a brand new patient in same day for an urgent appointment. And to make things even better, I fell asleep in the massage chairs! Yep, that's right, they have massage chairs you control yourself. Totally takes the anxiety out of waiting for dental work!! Such nice staff friendly staff too! Made the check in process quick and easy. A complete package from the Dentist through each staff member in the door and out! Thank you so much Babcock Dental!! .

Super friendly staff. Greeted by name when you come, rather than signing in on a sheet. Dr. Babcock is always straight forward in explaining any issues, and what our options are, rather than pressuring certain treatments that may not be necessary like some other bigger dental offices we've gone to in the past. We very much prefer the small, personal office feel vs. the larger dental offices that churn you through.

Overall I had a great experience. The team was very nice and accommodating. The hygienist had to use a pediatric x-ray device because my gag reflex was is so sensitive. Everyone was friendly and nice including Dr. Babcock. I liked that Dr. Babcock didn't push me to do his recommendations. He allowed me to decide and gave me different options with the pro's and con's.

I absolutely love going to Bluffdale Dental. My only regret is not switching over to them years ago! The staff and Dr. Babcock are very friendly and genuine. I feel very comfortable at each appointment. I feel like my teeth and smile are in the very best of hands. :) I would absolutely recommend going to them.

Dr. David Babcock is the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone in the office is friendly and cares about providing great service and making you feel welcome. Dr. Babcock personally called me to check on how I was feeling with recent crown work and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the care I was receiving. I am extremely grateful I found this office and I recommend them to anyone looking to have caring, professional dental care.

I'm new to Bluffdale and Babcock dental was recommended to me by my brother-in-law. I found their service to be excellent and very professional. even though I have been going to the dentist every 3 months to have my teeth cleaned I get very nerves. The way the hygienist worked was very relaxing and the doctor was very nice. I would highly recommend all my friends and family to start using these guys.
