I recommend Bel-Red Vision Clinic! Everyone at the clinic is friendly, reassuring, and professional. They explain everything in a very understandable way and invite questions. The offices are spotless and inviting. The staff is wonderful. The inventory is amazing and the diagnostic equipment is out of a science-fiction movie - in a good way, not in a strap-you-to-a-table-and-fry-your-brain-way.

I love the fact that everybody in this office takes time to talk with their patients, really listens to them and answers questions. You don't feel like you're just being pushed through the line like in other doctor's offices. Doctors and staff are very friendly and efficient. I have come here for more than 10 years and I will keep coming back although I moved across the lake 5 years ago :-)

All COVID precautions were taken, from temperature-taking, to masking, to swabbing every surface that could be touched. The post-exam consultation was thorough and in no way rushed. I love this office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I've been coming here for a few years and have had a great experience every time. My most recent visit was urgent (I've been having issues with my contacts) and they were able to fit me in very quickly and spent time to make sure my questions were answered and I had a few different options going forward. Any time I come in with vague "something's off" they are able to figure it out and get me going again. And, in this COVID time, they were great about taking precautions and making me feel safe and cared for. Great job!

Bel-Red Vision Clinic has always been wonderful, but during these difficult Covid-19 days, I feel concerned about going into any doctor's office. It was a huge relief to get a call from the office the day before going over all of the safety precautions that they are taking and then arriving on the day of my appointment and seeing that they were followed to the letter. This clinic is always meticulously clean, but it was very reassuring to see all of the equipment that was used during my appointment being wiped down with alcohol prior to its use during my exam. Along with the care, compassion and professionalism of the whole team, these extra efforts were very reassuring. If you need to visit the eye doctor I could not recommend this office more.

Thank you providing the most thorough eye exam - I haven’t had a doctor explain noted results of my eye exam photos in such detail. Your office came highly recommended by two other work colleagues. Other eye doctor office I have visited a few years ago in Kent, I had so many staff people coming in and out to do parts of my exam visit, and little time with eye doctor. By contrast, Bel-Red Vision- they had a thorough but effective process, very attentive staff person to do the initial eye exam photos and measurements followed next by excellent amount of time with doctor, and I appreciate the follow ups! I love Dr. Fordyce. We have been family friends for decades. She is warm, professional, intelligent and informative. Were it solely for her, I would provide a perfect rating. My experience with the eyewear staff was much less satisfactory, however. It left me feeling confused, pressured and distrustful. I ended up paying over $600 to replace the lenses in frames that I was providing, and when I questioned the amount, I was rushed and made to feel uncomfortable for trying to ask questions and understand. Next time I will go to Costco where I know I will get good prices and no pressure.

My family (kids starting when they were very young) has been going here for 15+ years, I love Dr. Matney and the staff. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and that the diagnostic equipment is always kept upgraded and up to date. Staff is very accommodating with appointments and insurance issues. The optician is very professional and knowledgable. I no longer live in the area, but feel the extra drive is worth the care we all get. Dr. Matney always allows time to address all concerns and answer questions.

Dr. Watney and her staff were able to determine that both my contact lens and glasses prescriptions were off, a full power in the case of my contact lenses. After two short visits, and without having to have my pupils dilated, I now am 100% comfortable with my contacts and glasses. Thank you!

Dr. Matney has been taking care of my vision for over 10 years. Very comfortable in her care. Prescriptions and eyewear are perhaps slightly higher than Costco, they definately provide better vision correction than cheaper alternatives.

Dr Fordyce is very friendly and professional. She is patient and is willing to answer any questions that you ask. The Jaycee DeWees is very knowledgeable about the various brands of eyewear and is willing to do extra legwork in order to find that perfect pair of frames.

Bel-Red Vision Clinic is a very professional clinic which located at a nice environment in the city between Bellevue and Redmond. Their staffs are pleased to explain very clear on the purposes and charges of each service you are going to get and to pay. They have an indoor professional eye hardware and prescription glasses for your selection if you demand them. You may get professional answers by a professional technician as well. Bel-Red Vision Clinic is a stop shop for your eyes need and everything is transparency. I certify I did have a visit to this shop. Simon L

This visit I had a few extra health issues that made for additional challenges and the need for more time with Dr. Matney. Everyone was so helpful and I got the time and information I needed.
