I don’t ever want to go to another dental clinic other than this one. I have genetically crummy teeth and I believe Dr Bannai has been doing the best job of keeping my teeth functioning properly. The office runs on time and everyone there is great. I love my hygienist Enza too.

Dr. Bannai and his staff have a way of making you feel like a VIP. The overall energy is always welcoming and cheery. I always leave feeling well cared for and that all of my dental needs were met. It is nice to be able to have easy access to staff for booking appointments. They have been awesome about following up with me if I have needed additional support with scheduling. The office is impeccably clean. I have to say Dr. Bannai and his staff deserve the 5 star rating and a big thank you for their collective work to provide the best place for your dental services. I have been seeing Dr Bannai for the last two years. Typically, in a medical office setting the staff is in the “background”, but when you visit Dr Bannai, his staff is as involved as he is. You feel welcomed and supported. Shout out to Rachel, Karen, and Kaylie (who is fairly new but already part of this unique culture)!

Throughout my entire visit Dr Bannai explained what he was doing, ensured I was comfortable and before potentially causing any discomfort made aware and was sincere in his care for how I was feeling. Best experience yet at a dentist’s office! From intake by staff to the actual dental exam, Dr.Bannai and his team are truly phenomenal. Everyone at this office is friendly, caring and highly competent! The X Ray exams were simple and quick. Dr. Bannai spent over 1/2 hour walking me though the films and a dental health plan moving forward. So grateful for this wonderful team!

I reported an issue with a tooth and was able to get squeezed in the same day, even though Dr. Bannai already had a full schedule. The cracked tooth was in bad enough shape that the doctor went to work right away and was able to leave with a temportary crown and an appointment to get the permanent one done later in the month. Getting the work done quickly and painlessly was greatly appreciated!

Dr. Bannai carefully went over my photos and x-rays with me and made sure I understood the care plan, what things he’s looking for and what our goals are. I learned so much from my first visit that I have never learned from another dentist before. I usually experience a great deal of anxiety at the dentist, but everyone put me at ease. I called Dr. Bannai’s office looking for a dentist who could address a broken crown on a Friday night. He met me the next day and repaired it during off hours even though I wasn’t a patient. I then later signed up as a new patient and he did a thorough job of examining my teeth and took the time to explain everything to me while showing me pictures that showed me what he saw on a TV monitor. I’m an older patient but he didn’t try to oversell (unlike what my brother’s dentist did). He’s personable and he made me feel comfortable even though I don’t enjoy visiting dentists ;-(

I have been a patient at Dr. Bannai's for over 4 years and I honestly wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I came upon them by chance after I had an accident which severely damaged and misaligned my teeth. Dr. Bannai is extremely talented and knowledgeable. He put me on a very clear restoration plan and was able to restore my smile to a condition that was even better than before the accident. Fantastic service. I got there 10 minutes early, they had little water bottles that you could take while you wait, and they never forget a face, because when I went in they treated me like a friend and never forgot conversations from previous visits. I got educated about how to take care of my teeth better, they told me the spots I missed most when brushing, and they even gave me a bag with toothpaste, a new toothbrush, and floss. I always look forward to the dentist and I love their service here.

Every time that I come to Bannai Family Dentistry, I am greeted with a friendly welcome as I walk in the door. The staff is not only friendly, but very competent. My hygienist Lorraine is excellent! Dr. Bannai is always personable, and does a great job explaining my dental health (reviewing x-rays, etc.). Everyone makes sure you are always comfortable during your cleaning or any procedure. Their equipment is state of the art. Because I feel I am receiving such good dental care, I have felt confident referring friends and family to this practice.

It’s really nice to walk into a professional practice and be greeted with a welcoming recognition “Good Morning Chris, it’s nice to see you today. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bannai since I was a kid and I have never felt nervous going to the dentist. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. They really care about the patients and go the extra mile for you. They also explain what they’re going to be doing beforehand and always check in during a process to make sure you’re okay. I’m out in Natomas but it’s worth the drive to Roseville.

My experience at this dentist office was excellent from the time I called to make an appointment to the time we left the office. The receptionist, assistant, and dentist were all exceptionally friendly and helpful - and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The hygienist took the time to explain what was happening to my daughter, to show her the x-rays, and to teach her about her teeth. The dentist himself took time to explain things to me and was also very kid-friendly.I liked that the forms were online so I could print them and bring them in with me. I am a harsh critic because I work in healthcare and have high standards - but they met my high standards. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

I had to have an old onlay from a different dentist removed and replaced with a crown. Due to the type of material used this procedure took quite a long time. Though out the duration of this appointment Dr. Bannai and his assistant constantly checked my comfort level. Their care and concern for my comfort was greatly appreciated. I have been to 3 different dentists in the Roseville area. I feel he has provided the best treatment for me and my husband and give him my highest recommendation!

From the minute you walk in being greted by Lynn who is always friendly and fun to talk to, to all the staff. In addition, Dr. Bannai's wife is often working in the front office and she is just a sweetheart. Also always saying hello. They make you feel part of the Bannai family. I recently had a tooth giving me a problem and they got me in right away and treated it immediately. Dr. Bannai is the best dentist I have ever been to. He spends a lot of time explaining what is going on with your teeth and he has the latest equipment to immediately diagnosis your issues. As much as I hate to go to a dentist I really like going to this one.

Every employee seems genuinely happy to be there, and they all radiate that feel good mentality when they're around their patients. They make every visit personal. The most impressive aspect, separate from the beautiful interior, organization and quality of the staff, and easy-in easy-out of every appointment is the owner himself. Dr. Bannai personally examines patients, gives advice in a caring and sincere way, and makes the entire situation that much more enjoyable. I'm guessing it's his genuine good nature that causes the rest of the employees to love working for him and in turn have that positive personal energy that they bring to work with them. It's hard to make a trip to the dentist a positive experience that someone would look forward to, but this place seems to have mastered that ability.

I have been with this practice since it first opened in Roseville. The staff is always friendly and courteous, I feel like family, not just a patient. Dr Bannai is of course an excellent dentist, but also very sensitive to my needs. He is patient and very gentle. In fact he gives the most painless injections I have ever received. Dr Bannai always wants to make sure you are comfortable (as you can be in that chair) and is very sensitive to any indications you are in ANY pain at all. They use the most modern equipment and I see that they are ALL very conscientious about cleanliness and keeping everything sterile. But what I most like about Bannai Family Dentistry is that they care about me, not just my teeth, but my overall health and how they can help me stay healthy through better dental health. Thanks to them, my teeth and gums have never looked better. I recommend them highly, I know I will never go elswhere.

I have been a patient for a while and the warm greetings, true desire for patient comfort and high quality of care has eased my fear and anxiety of going to the dentist. Just yesterday I had a tooth prepped and fitted for a temporary crown. The only minor sting I felt was with the Novocain shot. I was provided sun glasses to shield my eyes from the bright lights and was asked throughout the procedure if I needed to rest. If you want superior, talented and caring dental treatment.....well, the only place to go his here!

Dr. Bannai pulled two of my son's baby teeth. He was so gentle that my son didn't even realize they were out until he saw them. Later in the day, Dr. Bannai and his office manager separately called to check on him and see how he was feeling. I would strongly recommend Dr. Bannai to anyone.

My experience could not have been better! The entire staff was so welcoming and nice. It had been over a year since I had seen a dentist and, overall, have not had great experiences with them. I have seen Dr. Bannai for several years and am very happy with their services. When jumping from military insurance to civilian insurance when being activated, Lynn was able to easily figure out the insurance pays to where I had no out of pocket expenses. I will definitely stay with this dentistry, along with my family.

I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Dr. Bannai and his team! The receptionist at the front desk was so friendly, and it immediately put me at ease. The hygienist was gentle, and very thorough, and I really felt like she cared about my oral health. She explained how I could keep my teeth clean without making me feel bad. She also gave me lots of good samples! Dr. Bannai was also very knowledgable and soooo gentle. He didn't make me feel rushed. I really felt like I was in good hands, and I would will definitely be recommending this office to my friends. Awesome experience!
