We are always happy after a visit with Dr. Jackson and his team. Auburn Dental has our family covered no matter what it is. Everything from Cleanings to Emergency last minute calls. Excellent customer service and comfort assurance during treatments. We are always excited about visiting Dr. Jackson and his Professional Team at Auburn Dental !!!! We highly recommend them!!!

I've been coming here my whole adult life. Parking is congested. But the dental service is great. Dr. Jackson and the staff are very gentle and caring. Yes I would recommend this dental office.

Dr. Jackson’s office is very thorough. From my initial visit to present day, the care of my teeth has been paramount. I came into the practice with severe gum disease and on the brink of loosing my teeth. Dr. Jackson and his dental hygienist Ms. Marsha developed a plan to save my teeth. Now, I have healthy gums and teeth. Thank you so much and great job !!!

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. Dr. Jackson is the only dentist I have had my adult life. I tried sneaking away 1 yr but I ended up coming right back. The staff us friendly too. The only issue for me is the parking sometimes.

My family have been patients of Auburn Dental for a very long time. The staff is always friendly & accommodating to whatever strange circumstances we have. Hands down Dr Jackson is the Best Dentist I ever had. Like most people I was afraid of Dentists because of past traumatic dental experiences. I was a first time guest at the facility, my wait in the waiting room was pretty good. I didn't feel rushed when it came to thoroughly reading through the paperwork. The dentist was fast and I could tell he knew what he was doing. I could've gotten a little more information about what was discovered, what needs to be fixed and worked on (if anything)- I could've asked more questions. The dental hygienist I encountered was very thorough with my cleaning, took her time and wasn't too aggressive; however, I did wish the suction tool was supported in my mouth a little better to ensure the water that was filling up in my mouth was extracted faster. She still did a good job. Overall, my experience was pleasant and I would go back and recommend to someone to this facility.

I work near dr. Jackson's office and I've always been afraid to go to the dentist but I'm glad I made the decision to allow dr. Jackson and his team to do some great cleaning work on my teeth I recommend them to anyone in need of a good team of professionals

Love Dr. Jackson's crew over at Auburn Dental! They are so patient, kind, and just all around good people. When I first started going to Dr. Jackson, I had thousands of dollars worth of work that needed to be done before I could get braces, which was my ultimate goal. I remember crying in his office after my first visit as we went over everything that needed to be done. Dr. Jackson pulled me to the back and told me not to stress it, we would take our time and get everything done, without breaking the bank. And he delivered on that promise! I also had lots of anxiety around dental procedures, but Dr. Jackson's crew was always so calm and reassuring, I actually started to become more comfortable in the chair. I have now gotten all of my procedures taken care of and I've had my braces for almost a year. I know that is only possible because of the amazing staff at Auburn Dental!
