Very friendly staff. I actually had a lovely time during my visit. They got me in and out quick, and the very charming woman at the front desk helped me select a nice pair of glasses.

Phenomenal service, as usual! Walked in, scheduled a same-day contact fitting and was seen within 20 minutes of walking in. In and out in 7 minutes flat, from chair to lobby, with a box of daily contacts in hand and my printed prescription! Thanks AO! See you soon.

The doctor was great, but there were FAR too many people in the store when we arrived, and the two people working behind the counter did not seem aware of the problem and were not providing solutions (such as, we'll call you when it's your turn). Someone was out sick that day, but as a result appointments should have been rescheduled. The new strain of Covid could easily have spread through the dozen of us who were in that relatively small space.

The quality of the frame was poor.The choices for frame was terrible. Healthfirst just covered very little. Having Medicated & Medicare didn't make a difference. So I just didn't bother.
