It's really hard to find good doctors, eye doctors, and specialist when you move to a new area. I'm so glad we gave Dr Franken a try! From the front of house staff all the way up to seeing Dr Franken, everyone was so kind and inviting. Dr Franken has a great bedside manner and shows genuine concern for his patients. Dr Franken will be our eye doctor from now on. Thanks for welcoming us in like old friends.

Always pleasant! All of the staff are always so nice and patient! They are easy to talk to and explain things thoroughly if you have a question. Dr. Franken Is also really nice and easy to talk to! I’ve been going to him every year for a long time and I’ve never had a bad experience. He is super polite.

Best eye clinic I've ever been too. The front office people were so kind and Dr Franklin was great. He checked my eyes really good. I've never had a Dr coach me through the exam before. He told me to keep blinking my eyes so they focus. That made scense to me. I have a stigmatism. Very empressed and I've recommended him to 4 people already. Can't wait to get my new glass!! I had a certain amount I could spend and the girls work very carefully to keep me in that range. Highly recommend this clinic..

Having been to a different office prior to coming here I was surprised to see new technology that my former doctor did not have. Great service as always, quick and efficient. Love Dr. Franken because he remembers me between appointments so I don't feel like just another patient. Dr. Christopher Franken does an excellent job. I have been very near sighted my entire life and recently I had a scare of my life with my eye sight. First visit with Dr. Frankenstein and I was delighted. Everyone was nice, efficient, and on time. I loved how the computer screen wasn't hid from you and how well Dr. Frankenstein explained everything. He is by far the best optometrist I have ever visited.

Dr. Chris is a great Doctor! Always friendly and answers all my question! The only problem I had was I was told to come to office for appointment at 9:00. I was there at 8:45 and the door was locked with a note saying they were having a staff meeting. It was about 9:15 before the door was unlocked. It would have been nice if someone had called me and told me to come 15 mins late. I had another appointment at 9:30, so was late getting there.

Very friendly staff, this was our first visit- we felt very welcomed, and our concerns were all addressed without feeling rushed. Dr. Franken was very professional and made Abbey feel comfortable during her exam. I would highly recommend Dr. Franken and his staff for all ages- I made an appointment for myself because I need my eyes checked, and I can't think of a better place I'd rather go for service!
