Lobby needs some attention. Looks dirty and old. TV’s are nice for patients but a couple employees are way to interested with whats on. They stop working to watch.

"I had a wonderful visit at Assure Dental for my dental checkup. The care I received from Dr. Pham was exceptional also the assistant Henry was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. The entire team at the dental office displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Overall positive experience. The staff were nice and communicated well. The dentist was very skilled and kept asking if I was doing okay throughout the procedure. I appreciate that you are open on Saturday's and can take care of any needed procedures during my one visit so I don't have to make another follow-up appointment to come back. The only slight improvement that I wish could be made are the lengthy wait times as it often takes about an hour or so to be called back from my scheduled appointment time.

I would give a higher rating, and I don’t like when they add unnecessary things that are not covered by my insurance. All I need is a crown and they want to add something that’s considered cosmetic and not covered by my insurance. Therefore, I am looking for another dental office to get my crowns without these extra charges. my family and I will be moving to a new dental office due to this

Wait times were long. X-ray tech kept gagging me and kept retaking x rays and kept asking me to either hold the bitewing or stick my finger in my mouth to hold it open which was weird because I have never had that happen before. Felt like there was a lot of upselling for my first appointment. Wasn't completely numb when the dentist injected the numbing agent and it hurt pretty badly and I could also feel quite a bit of discomfort during the drilling to remove my old crown which also wasn't pleasant. Still having discomfort a couple days later where it hurts to chew. Not sure I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I went to the Lawndale Assure which was HORRIBLE, I went this past Saturday 3/04/2023 to Long Beach and they were absolutely amazing! I was trying to go closer by going to the Lawndale office but a little longer commute was so worth it! Thank you!
