Dr Kocks and all his people were very helpful and caring. I did not like the runner rugs they kept messing up with my walker and just about tripping me. Also the handicap should be closer to the door. That curb is horrible.

I have seen both Dr. Kocks and Dr. Kaczmarczyck in the past. Both of them are very thorough in their examination and explain to you what they are doing and why. The support staff is also very helpful and welcoming. I’ve been going to eye doctors for over 20 years and this is the best place I’ve been to. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff is very kind and answered all of my questions. When I was meeting with the eye Dr. He really listen to all of my concerns and was extra thorough with my exam. They were all very patient with me picking out my glasses as it was my first time picking some out. One of the team members was right there by my side giving her opinion on how each style made me look. They were all very helpful and I highly recommend coming here!

Having a bad astigmatism and an Rx of +10 or more, I am very difficult to fit for glasses or contact lenses. Kylie Kaczmarczyk, DO, took her time fitting me. The glasses came back with the focal points off by a millimeter or two, but she understood that at my high power that causes major visual distortion. She said they will keep going until they get it correct. A previous optometrist in Pinconning, tried once and said they would not order another pair, that I had to either take those glasses or I was no longer a patient. While customer service seems to have gone the way of the dinosaurs, I am happy to say it is alive and well at Associates In Eyecare with Kylie Kaczmarczyk, and her awesome staff.

I have been very satisfied with all of my experience with all of the doctors and staff. I have been with these people since I started getting glasses when I was a mere child and they were known as Farmer and Tonks and located in downtown Saginaw on Franklin St.and am now 82. Will continue coming .

I called for an emergency appointment and was able to get one the next day. It was a good thing, as both eyelids were infected. Dr K started me on a three week treatment plan, including prescription ointment. After a few days, I already feel better.

I WAS very impressed with the professionalism and personal attention. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I am cancer survivor and many of my superficial veins were blown during chemotherapy. At my worst, 2 people tried 13 times to get a vein and finally did central vein. Your RN got me the FIRST TIME!!!! Also I had cataract surgery primarily just to be able to get retinal surgery, but my vision has already improved, but not a lot. Your great staff made my experience fantastic and the bonus was getting better vision even before the needed second surgery. THANK YOU ALL!!!!

I didn't have to wait long to get in to be seen. Dr. Kaczmarek and her staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kaczmarek answered all of my questions about new types of lenses available for future cataract lens implants which was great information that I wasn't aware of. She also greatly helped me on solving a problem for follow-up for my husband, who is also her patient and well known to her. As a senior paying out of pocket I also greatly appreciate the 25% discount on glasses available if you pay your bill in full on that day. I feel in good hands with this office.

I’ve known Dr Koch for a long time and I will not change optometrists. However, I will not be buying my glasses there again. Wednesday after my exam Dr Koch escorted me to the eyeglass section and told me to have a seat and someone would be right with me so I took the nearest seat which turned out to be stool. After about 5 minutes a blind woman ( not the pregnant one) walked by and said “sir you can’t sit there move to the other side of the table”. So I went to the counter got my prescription and left which will be my standard practice in the future.
