Finding Dr. Seredynski may be the best thing that happened to me all year!!!! I searched online for a new dentist, and usually you're kind of rolling the dice when using that approach, but I hit the jackpot with Dr. Seredynski. The staff and clinicians are outstanding, they're proficient as well as efficient. Dr. Seredynski's attention to detail is fantastic, and his chairside manner and communication skills makes you feel more like a partner than a patient. I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Seredynski, and as a result, I no longer dread going to the dentist!!!!

I loved your hygenist. Very friendly and very gentle. The kids did complain of their hygienist. They said she was a little rough and poked their gums a lot. I have had her in the past and I have to agree with them. As far as Dr. Jeff , I think you are doing a great job transitioning. You seemed more relaxed this time and took thr time to stop and ask how I’m doing before looking at my teeth. I did have some work done by you a while back and I remember having some issues with keeping my mouth open for a long time. I suggest giving patients more time to relax their jaw. My jaw was in a lot of pain for a day. Anyway, everyone is friendly and accommodating.

The whole staff is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It was very easy to book an appointment and the pre-appointment communication was great. Both the hygienist and dentist were friendly and informative. I felt like they spent ample time with me discussing my conditions. So I did my research by googling dentist and found Dr. Nichols with years of experience and very satisfied clients. He and his staff are the best I have experienced and at 61 yrs of age trust me I have experienced alot of dentist over the years. He is patient, listens to concerns, explains, and his work could not be done any better any where else. I had a 4 unit bridge replaced that was 25 years old and I was apprehensive that it could be done as well as the previous one. A bridge this size is tricky. He did a beautiful job!

He even does an after visit check in to make sure you're doing alright (this was after my fillings).

Also (you're going to like this) If your appointment is for 10:00, you're in the chair at 10:00. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. I have been going to dr. Nichols for many years and have always had a positive experience. I have to tell you though that I went yesterday and my my dental hygentist was a bit rough ... my mouth is still hurting today and although my gums are a bit sore the worst part is my skin on the bottom of my mouth which she scrapped. It’s healing.... but definitely hurts

Dr. NIchols and the entire staff at Nichols Dentistry are so wonderful - I can never say enough about them! They have put me completely at ease with seeing the dentist after some very traumatic childhood experiences that I had at a previous dentist. My dental hygenist, Mary, is so gentle and always asks me how I'm doing throughout my cleaning. I've had several procedures done with Dr. Nichols (cavity fillings and even a crown) and he was so thoughtful and patient with me to make sure my pain level was manageable throughout the procedure and always calls or texts to see how I'm doing after any work he has done. Nichols Dentistry is THE BEST!!!

I started seeing Dr. Nichols and his staff when I had some emergency work to be done and I couldn't be happier that I found them. Everyone in the office is wonderful to deal with, remembers details about my life between visits, and are very thorough and professional in their work. I have since moved out of the area and both my wife and I continue to drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Nichols because their office is so well run and we trust their work and opinions so much. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My last cleaning was totally inadequate. The Hygienist was a new person, Marlene. However, she did not seem to know how much time to allow for tartar removal. She only did about 3 or 4 teeth. Then the similar occurrence happened with the cleansing brush. Only a few teeth were cleaned. I did mention this to the receptionist. Until, she (Marlene) has more practice/experience, I would prefer not to go to her.

I have been so impressed with the team at Nichols Dentistry! I used to be a dentist hopper, looking for a provider that I was happy with. Ever since my first visit at Nichols Dentistry, I knew I didn't need to look any further. Dr. Nichols and his dental hygienists are very thorough and take the time to get to know you. Dr. Nichols was everything you want in a dentist; friendly, efficient, informative. His entire staff was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. They squeezed me in last minute to take care of a filling that had fallen out right before they closed even though I would be a first-time patient. They matched my filling perfectly with my tooth and it probably looks better now than it did before there was any cavity at all. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nichols and his staff to others.

I have been seeing Dr. Nichols for more than 20 years. It's about a half-hour drive to his office; there are dentists who are closer. But Dr. Nichols is the best. He is thorough and makes sure that I am comfortable during every procedure. If it's a more difficult procedure, he calls me at home in the evening to make sure everything is okay. Besides that, he's just a very nice person.
