Wendy, Dr. Knight, Dr. Condrey and staff are simply the best. The most professional. The most personable. They have the best bedside manners and they make sure your comfortable with whatever procedure you’re having. It’s like all us clients are “Norm” from Cheers (that comment dates me). If you want the best of the best dental care then go see Archdale family dentistry.

As always, I am never disappointed in care and service at Archdale Dentistry. All the staff are engaged, friendly, and efficient. We have been seeing Dr Condrey for many, many years, and Dr. Knight(who is a wonderful recent addition) is awesome as well. Also, I never have a long wait, and I use their in-house program because it is much cheaper than the exorbitant dental insurance we had with Delta. I live close-by, but if they ever move (I hope they don't), I would follow them anywhere!

Dr Knight is the best. She really explains everything including your options depending on what's wrong. She also explains what she is doing during procedures. It kind of helps with the anxiety of it all. Also, if at all possible and you have an emergency she tries to get you right in.

Archdale Family Dentistry and it's staff has always provided attention to this patient's needs. Procedures are thoughtfully explained prior to treatment. They are very professional and at the same time friendly and warm. The facility is excellently maintained and always spotlessly clean. Dr. Knight and Dr. Condrey are artists in their profession. Dr. Knight and Dr. Condrey are absolutely terrific. I used to live in Archdale and they were really convenient. i have since moved and now live almost an hour away and have no intention of changing, they are that good. Both Dr. Condrey and Dr. Knight are excellent dentists and very skilled at giving novcane so you barely know they are administering it. They are great for children or people afraid of needles. The staff are very friendly and personable and almost make going to the dentist fun.

Dr. Condrey and his staff are always welcoming and have been there for all my dental needs. The staff are all professional, very friendly and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. I recently had a dental emergency and Dr. Condrey was able to see me within a timely fashion. In addition, he was able to recommend a plan of care and setup a referral to see an oral surgeon all in the same day. I have seen Dr. Knight a few times as well and have received the same level of expertise and professionalism. I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and will continue to let them provide my dental needs.

I've been going to Archdale Family Dentistry for over 25 years and have NEVER had a bad experience! The staff is well trained, professional, and friendly. Dr's Condrey and Knight are the best on the planet! The office is clean and comfortable and wait time is not an issue. My most recent experience this week I was impressed with their COVID -19 protocols. From entry into the building through one way traffic out the other side, I never had a concern for my health. I saw staff wiping down rooms, equipment and ALL were wearing masks. I highly recommend if you want high quality care, a safe environment and to feel like "family", then definitely visit their facility!

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable upon arrival, the staff is friendly and engaging. The waiting area is tasteful and pretty. The waiting time is minimal. The safeguards from the virus and the cleanliness and procedures by the dentist and assistants were reassuring at my advanced age.

I went in to have my silver fillings replaced with white fillings. Dr. Knight did a phenomenal job!!! She explained what she would do from the beginning to the end and then allowed me to listen to music during the procedure. I did not experience any pain during or after the numbing wore off. I would reccomend their office for any of your dental needs. The staff is always friendly and patient.

Doctor Condrey has been my dentist for over 20 years. I remember when he brought in Doctor Knight some 10 years ago. Both Jack and Lauren have accommodated me on numerous dental emergencies. I moved from nearby Archdale Family Dentistry to Mount Pleasant eight years ago, but kept them as my dentists because they are so awesome! They are both very gentle, patient and explain exactly what they are doing. The entire staff is very friendly and down to earth, my kind of people!

I had a issue with a dental implant healing cap that came off about 23 days after seeing a oral surgeon. The office staff quickly scheduled me to see Dr. Knight on very short notice. Dr. Knight and the staff were as always professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure their patient was cared for. I can't say enough great things about Archdale Family Dentistry. I'm so glad to have them on my side.

I broke a tooth at 4pm on Tuesday, called the office and was in the waiting room at 8am Wednesday. They worked me into their busy schedule and did an excellent Job! Dr. Condrey always goes for the simple and economic fix first before jumping to higher end solutions that may not be necessary. The entire staff is motivated to provide EXCELLENT care with your time, wallet and well being in mind. They truly care about your experience in their chair!

I have been a patient of Archdale Family Dentistry for almost 20 years. When I first went to Dr. Condrey I had such a fear dentists my heart would race and I would become light headed. Dr. Condrey and his staff are so awsome I no longer deal with this phobia. I have come such a long way with my dental health and way my teeth look. I am no longer self conscious and love my smile! Dr. Knight & the hygienist, Dawn we’re both very kind. Dawn was very helpful with my having my two kids in the appt with me & entertaining them. Dr. Knight explained every procedure and was very through and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is less time using the electronic scaler. My ears were very sensitive to the high-pitched vibrating sound of it.

I have been a patient at Archdale Family Dentistry since my girls turned 3 and 4 and they are now 21 and 22. They are always so great, and have been able to work with whatever insurance I've had over the years. They have been very quick when we've had tooth emergencies too. Lauren Knight is wonderful and I'm so glad Dr. Condrey found someone that's as good a dentist as he is to take over completely when he eventually retires.

Wendy was the hygienist that clean my teeth. After 4 days, my mouth is still sore by my wisdom teeth, I can hardly eat or brush my teeth. I has this problem before with her and my daughter did this summer as well. She is way too aggressive. She didn’t even use dental floss on me. She poked into my gums all around my back teeth very hard. Please note I do not want cleaning my teeth or any member of my family again. I love Dr. Condrey and Knight, but I can’t go to the dentist and feel terrible days afterward. This is the only hygienist I have ever had trouble with. Ever anywhere!

Your office got me a quick appt that worked with my schedule for a loose implant crown. Dr. Lauren Knight explained exactly what she was going to do, removed the crown, cleaned up the implant area, reinstalled the crown amd torqued it down tight.
