From the moment I entered the clean, well-maintained office until I left after selecting new frames, my experience at Archdale was excellent. All of the staff were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The technicians I worked with for the initial tests were confident and it was evident they knew their stuff (I appreciate and am grateful for this!), and it is my own failing that I don't recall the names of the two young women who assisted me. Dr. Perri was friendly, efficient, honest (to the best of my assessment), and confident in her knowledge. When I was selecting frames (more on this in a moment) I was helped by two different people (more on this as well), and both were, just as I mentioned above, friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. In the matter of frames - their selection of frames for men is by no means anemic, and my one complaint here is actually common for all Eyeglass businesses I have ever been to, but the sleection is boring and limited. Do you want either roundish or rectangular lenses? Black, gray, or blue? Those are your choices. Good luck selecting between eh, and meh. Lastly, the reason I worked with two different individuals when selecting frames is that there was an issue with my insurance. This was absolutely nothing to do with Archdale. Despite it being something for me to work out with the insurance company, Alissa chased down the issue and worked with VSP to correct the problem. I am incredibly thankful for this as it saved me a ton of headaches. I absolutely recommend Archdale to friends and family and will definitely be returning.

I'm so grateful I went in to see Dr. Bisbee. He and the other doctors and staff are extremely thorough. I was having a problem seeing clearly in one eye out of my new glasses and he went above and beyond to test my eyes and explain what was going on based on the tests. His careful and thoughtful explanation really helped me relax and understand what is going on with my vision. They were also able to get me in for an appointment very quickly. This is why I choose Archdale for my eye care. They are caring, helpful and knowledgeable. Don't delay eye appointments, I certainly recommend Archdale.

I never have to wait for my appointment. They see me in a timely manner. The staff answer all my questions and help me find the best contacts and glasses. They are even helping replace my glasses that broke.
