You can tell the owner knows how to hire! Every employee seemed locked in focused on their task while still welcoming me in with open arms. This was my first time here, and even my first time at an eye doctor's office in Florida. The doctor was extremely kind and helpful and made recommendations based off my needs, which is comforting in a world of money grabbing. The associate that helped pick out my glasses was very personal, well posed, and actually has me excited about wearing glasses (for the first time ever). He was very knowledgeable about the style of glasses that would best fit me and make me feel confident. I would recommend anyone go here.

My family love coming once a year for our family, firstly it is easy to schedule for a family of four. Secondly, I enjoy the customer service and professionalism of safe. Miss Cindy and Miss Melissa is simple the best. Kyle listens well and really make an effort to help make our selection for glasses easy. Recently, me met Alison the new assistance she she was wonderful! And the Doctor is very patient she was very successful with the examination my very active six year old son! But our favorite is Ally which we miss, she always manage to make my very introvert daughter out of her shell! Fells like family always!

My visit was wonderful was greeted by the receptionist and she was lovely she asked what was wrong and made sure I was welled care for. The doctor who attended me answered every question I had. And made sure I didn't have any more questions. Even picking out my glasses and sunglasses was such a fun experience. I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me but he was SO HELPFUL AND HONEST and made my experience so much better. Everyone was just so perfessional.

This office is amazing. You can tell from the minute you walk in the door that customer service is #1 to them because you are greeted with a friendly greeting and feel more like you are in a 5-star restaurant rather than a typical doctors office. Doctor was amazing, very attentive, looked at you in the eye, not at her computer when speaking to you and her staff was the same way. Great job, would definitely go back.

The staff was very courteous and made you feel special in every way, the service was excellent and Dr, April Jasper phenomenal. The staff and the special were all very polite and friendly. Everything was clearly explained and they did a terrific job making sure my insurance coverage was honored. Moreover, they managed to fit me in that day when I told them my schedule wouldn't allow for an appointment the following week. You really are awesome. My only criticism would be when it came time to check out. The gentleman completing the process took quite a long time considering I didn't see anyone else in the lobby who needed assistance. Moreover, when it came to adding anti glare ( which I passed on) , he hit we with the cost of the copay in a "gotcha" kind of way, first establishing that the doctor recommends it and basically giving it the hard sell before telling me it was a little over $100.00, which I didn't have to spend. It came off like a cheap sales gimmick and I'd have respected the transaction more had he just said up front "for a $100 copay you have the option of anti glare lenses" instead of waiting until the end and trying to build it up. Beyond that, it was a terrific experience and I've already recommended Advanced Eyecare to friends and family online.

Great staff and a wonderful Dr. My only concern is the wait time. I arrived early for my appointment and filled out the necessary paperwork. I am not a new patient here but paperwork is always needed and I allotted time for me to get it done before the appointment. I then waited in the lobby for 15 minutes past my appointment time, before asking if the Dr. was running behind, I was told someone would be along shortly to take me back and begin the exam. I waited an additional 5 min. before being escorted to the exam room. I am not a fan of waiting and I value my time just as much as the Dr. Please be aware of the wait times of patients and schedule appointments with enough time for the Dr. to be on time for each appointment. If each patient takes 20 minutes to complete an exam then don't schedule 15 min appointment times between each patient! Just common sense. Adjusting the timings between patients so that they are not waiting 20 min past the scheduled appointment time is needed.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Jasper for decades, We went from going to this tiny little hole in the wall in the McDonald's plaza on Belvedere to this beautiful office on Belvedere and Dixie Hwy, although we don't see her much, it's always such a pleasure going to the office, starting with the girl at the front desk to the assistants that do the actual eye tests. The doctor and all the members of staff are super helpful. The machines that they use to test eyes are pretty cool and do their job well. The only actual issue is that it takes forever for the place to change lenses/put the correct lenses in new glasses. I was told that it would take '14 business days' for my new glasses to be ready and that's ridiculous--that's more than three weeks just to put the correct lenses in frames that the location has.

The check-in process was easy and the wait time was next to nothing. Each person I dealt with was extremely helpful. I’ve worn glasses for years but this was my first time trying contacts. Let me just tell you, the patience this staff has is out of this world. It took me about 20 minutes to put them in and 50 minutes to take them out. I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure or frustration from anyone and they made sure I did it twice to be sure I was comfortable. I am so impressed by the staff and I will never go anywhere else.

Advanced eye care specialist , the name says it all. The customer service is really above and beyond your normal eye specialist. Attention to small details was definitely taken in consideration . Any doctor who puts their personal cell on a the business card so they can be contacted if the patient is not satisfied is a great sign that customer service is a priority. After being hassled about insurance "issues" with my optometrist, Dr. Jasper took my urgent appointment and saw me with no hesitations. After the consultation, some eye drops, 24 hours later I am "A-okay".

Hello Cindy, All I can say is the service was amazing here. From the moment I walked in the door. You greeted me with a smile. This was the first time I went to your facility. It is obvious you have the most up to date equipment. Some of it I had never seen anywhere else. I was really nervous because I was having an issue with what appeared to be film over my eye when I woke up and blurry vision also. They did numerous tests and found my problem can be handled by eye drops and a medication that is put on my eyelids. I am so happy I went here instead of the chains I usually go too. You took my concerns seriously and was able to calm my fears. I will never go anywhere else again.

Great personalized service. I was pleased with every aspect of my eye exam. The only negative is I thought the contact lens exam was a bit over priced.

I was very impressed by the technological services available and the ease with which the staff used them. I have evaluations at specialist at medical centers with less caring staff and less technology to evaluate my issues.

Over all the visit was great, didn't like the selection of glasses but don't take it to heart....I'm very old fashion.

Wonderful atmosphere and people. Courteous and professional people all, Dr took time to talk with me and educate me about what I can do and my options. Staff was so nice! Great, great experience.
