I have just had cleaning done since I started coming to your office until November when I had to have a crown put in but so far I am happy with it. The first crown didn't fit properly and then I was sick so took a while to get the "real" crown in but so far everything is good. I was surprised even after a month the temporary one stayed on the whole time! The office is close for me and I like that and the staff are all great which is an extra bonus.

I wasn't treated yet but I was seen for my appointment on time and was treated courteously and my issue of a broken tooth was addressed and I was sent to check on a root canal. I will be back for a cleaning and any further treatment.

I was very happy to be able to get a last minute appt, and very thankful that you were able to squeeze me in. The dentist was very kind and helpful, as well as his assistant. Coming from a generation of silver fillings and no novacaine, its not always easy to get to the dentist. This visit was a positive experience.

I was so Happy to hear my crowns were in place and told they were beautiful. Julie the hygentist tactfully and kindly made suggestions about stains. I appreciate her help. I also am glad to find out who the cat animal rescuer is and enjoy the little dog with three legs who is almost like a therapy dog and relaxed me.

Dr. Pikur, Kathy, Stephanie, etc., and all office personnel are very helpful and courteous. It is a nice, friendly work environment. I feel confident and comfortable having my dental work, including my semi-annual teeth cleanings, done at this office. Dr. Pikur is super gentle and caring and explains what is being done when working on my dental issues. 5 Stars!

Had Dr. Mark Pikur repaired a chipped front tooth that I have been procrastinating for months. They got me an appointment quickly when other offices could not be bothered. He did a great job repairing the tooth and it looks good and is a smooth as glass. I will definitely be returning soon.

I’ve been using this practice for going on five years. I’ve never had a bad experience; not with scheduling nor with time in the chair. They do a fantastic job communicating what the procedure calls for and what is going on while they are working. I highly recommend either of their locations.

The information stated this is a Gentle Dentist practice is true. The staff is friendly and down to earth . Besides getting good dental care, I feel nurtured when I am there ! 5 stars for my excellent visit last Friday! I had to reschedule my cleaning twice and was able to keep this appointment. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and had about a 5-6 minute wait before I was taken back to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was warm and friendly throughout the whole process ( I am sorry but I do not know her name. Steph was the name on the wall ) She was engaging and delightful and I hope that her roof gets fixed quickly, lol! When the dentist came in, he discovered yet another small cavity that needs to be taken care of and will be addressed promptly. He answered some questions that I had that I look forward to addressing soon.

I was taken care of in a good matter . Nice dentist . Gentle in doing the procedure. A negative .. I was told I’ve price that vetoed a few dollars depending on what was needed . At the check out it was at least 50$ more then I expected . I should of gotten a quote written down . I had a different receptionist at scheduling and paying . Not sure if I will trust your pricing and word . May not cone again because of that . We have no insurance. The discount was 10$ 🥴

I went to my appointment because I felt discomfort with cold sensitivity. The Dentist found that I had a cavity. He was comforting me while he repaired my tooth and told me "I was doing good", which helped me to feel relaxed. He and the assistant were quick, but patient at the same time to be sure my teeth were even and that I was OK. I also enjoyed the ceiling that looked like cloud shapes. The decor is SO pleasant.

When I initially called to make an appointment over a month ago. I was having pain in a certain area in the right lower of my mouth. I really needed to get in, however I was scheduled a month later. I ended up calling my PCP to get an antibiotic due to an abscess. I feel like that was very unprofessional ... I was in pain and wasn’t able to get in to see you.

I was feeling pain and called in, they fit me in that very day to look at my tooth. Dr. Patel was very thorough and ended up staying past closing time to pull my aching wisdom tooth. I had not been to the dentist in quite some time, and the entire staff made me feel at ease. The general anxiety of dentists and the fear of being essentially scolded for letting things go for so long made me one nervous patient. However, I left with a positive experience and better dental health. Thank you to the entire staff and you now have a new patient.

Dr. Merlino and her associates are first class dental providers. My hygienist (Stephanie) is very thorough, and Dr. Merlino pays great attention to detail during exams and any dental work she performs.

I enjoyed my dental visit. How many times do you hear that? The support staff were very friendly which made me feel comfortable. The checkup and assessment were thorough as well as delivered with appreciation for not only for the patients care but their feelings as well.

I had chipped a tooth and was experiencing pain. My regular dentist was unable to fit me in. I contacted Dr Merlinos office after a co-worker said how wonderful they were. She was right! The office staff was so welcoming. Dr Merlino made me feel comfortable as she worked on my tooth. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Stemming from childhood and for whatever reasons, I have never, EVER, liked going to the dentist. I suppose that's why I didn't go for 18 years of my life, and the only reason I finally did was because of a bad toothache. Ten years later, I'm a changed guy. If you dread the dental chair like I did, see Dr. Merlino and her incredible staff. They will brush out your every fear. Honestly!

On time all the time is what I like best. Appointment at 2:30 I'm in the chair at 2:30. Teeth are cleaned and I am on my way in less than 30 minutes. Very courteous and throughout is the dental hygnist.
