I continue to experience Amari, after two years of being a patient, as thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, caring and supportive to me on my path of health. I am always learning new and valuable information. I just had a meeting with my coach and found it, as usual, very validating. In the time allotted, we discussed in depth my concerns and I was able to get some satisfaction. I value Amari because the interest shown to me makes me feel also valued. It's still too early to say. The first session felt very generic and when I asked specific questions the response was either deferred to the doctor or wait until later. Honestly if this intentional, just make this more videos. We should be able to discuss our individual nutrition needs. So when I mentioned I was vegetarian, the changes in the program would be discussed later. I would have appreciated walki g through my nutrition and more specific guidance but any mention of this, the response was steered away.

It is always a pleasure seeing Dr Shah. I got good feedback while rerviewing my recent blood test with Dr. Shah. he suggested my cholestrol was too low so I decreased my dose from 7 to 5 days/week and see how it effects my next blood results...in addition He had me restart DHEA 1/day 25mg. I should really take notes during our visit so I don not miss any of his advice.

I was experiencing bad gut health for about 2 months. After I started the program with Amari health, I noticed my health improved. The lab work and discussion with Dr P was very thorough. I would recommend Dr.Shah and Amari very highly to anyone because of the conscientious care they would receive and I have received. I am so grateful for coming to Amari Health. I came to Amari Health with both gut issues and hormonal imbalances. With the team, I was able to fix my gut issues. I no longer feel bloated after meals and it is easy for me to go to the bathroom. Additionally4, I have not had a period in years. Although it hasn't come back yet, I am pleased with my progress so I will continue to get the support that I need. My skin has also cleared up on my face and I am overall happier with my mind and body.

Amari health has changed my future for real! When I came to them at first I felt like I had no hope. I have been a diabetic for over 20 years now and I was at my worst. I was in so much pain, fat, my glucose levels were a mess, and I could not even see me in the mirror. Today after just the first three months, I have lowered my A1C to 6.3 I lost over 25 lbs. and counting I went from a size 16 to a size 10 in pants and I lost so much weight on my breast area that even my cists that I had been growing for the last 3 years are now gone. I no longer need high blood pressure or Cholesterol medications, I can actually get to sleep and stay sleep. I can do my exercises without much pain now. Throughout the program I've learned so much about nutrition and taking care of my body the right way. Now I feel at my best! and I know how to keep it this way. Initially I was skeptical as I felt I was beyond help. I am a breast cancer survivor who has 2 sons under the age of 7 and a very demanding job. I found Amari Health on a FB ad and decided why not try it out. I am so glad I did. Within the first month I felt better than I have in the last 15 years. I am approaching my mid mark of the program and I feel great. I am so thankful that I found Amari Health not just because of what they sell but because of the education they have provided me to help me make long lasting changes in the way I was taking care of myself. Although I feel the over all program is very good well structured and thought out it is a bit "cookie-cutter" and needs to improve on individual needs and conditions. Everyone is different and has very different metabolic and nutritional requirements. I feel there needs to be a more bespoke process to really address the individuals specific health concerns. Also, I had a few scheduling issues in that my start date was incorrectly applied. At first my health coach was not entirely aware of all my issues and threw information at me that was not related to my condition. The health coach was also not entirely cognizant on when to schedule my IV therapy. since I have no idea of when to start I feel he was a late in addressing this issue. While very friendly and helpful, I feel that there could be improvement for the health coach to be more mindful of my individual condition and more acute in his recommendations.

Amari Health was the best choice I made in 2020! It changed my life for good! Before Amari, as an adult I had put on weight when I got married. When I divorced, I started to lose the weight on my own keeping if off for a few years. But, eventually, the stresses of life,:changing jobs and putting all my efforts into work caused me to eventually gain it back. The last time I lost weight at 52yrs old, I thought, I would keep it off even ran the NYC marathon, to help celebrate my new lifestyle. However, the weight eventually, came back on, and I was at the end of my rope. Over the years, I always wanted to get my hormones checked but never did. Finally this last weight gain, put me over the edge to go and get help. I am a 48 year old Black woman who was diagnosed with a hormone imbalance decades ago. I did some research on HRT and was lead to Amari Medical. I decided to try bioidentical HRT with Amari Medical. I was on Bioidentical HRT for a number of years. I went of treatment for 6 months to see how my body would respond naturally. My symptoms were relieved for so long I forgot how horrible I felt before HRT. After I suffered for the 6th month I decided to go back on treatment as it is clearly enhanced the quality of my life was greatly increased with HRT. The treatment is an out of pocket expense as my health insurance doesn’t cover HRT. The positive impact of HRT out weighs the financial sacrifice by far.

I was blindsided by the hard sell shortly after beginning the consult. $3369. for a 3 month plan! I was offered a scaled down plan for $660. for a 1 hour meeting with the doctor followed by $125. per month following to check in with someone else other than the doctor. I was quickly ushered out the door when I asked the “life coach” to speak with the doctor about negotiating the fee for me. I implore all not to fall for the extreme fees. What a racket!!!

It works! I was just telling my friends about Amari and the way that I summarized it was: "they make something that is actually really complicated very easy". I can't tell you how many times I have tried a different diet or pill. I am always disappointed. About a year ago I said to myself... "if someone tells me exactly what to do, I will do it..." And that is what I did. I let their team lead me and I follow. And guess what? I am getting the results. I already have my sister seeing Dr. Shah and told other friends too.

While I enjoyed speaking with SJ, I was expecting more from consultation. According to the website, the difference this service provides is not only addressing the psychological but the physiological challenge my body has with weight loss through an 'In-Depth Testing' which did not happen.

I could not be happier, Amari medical is definitely the place to go!!! There are a lot of weight loss places out there but this one is 5 stars. You learn how to eat properly. And how to eliminate and detoxify sugars in your body. Not a crash and burn kinda place.

This program has truly changed my life. It is not difficult to follow, even for me, who was a picky eater mainly eating foods that are but allowed. The replacement meals are delicious and everyone is incredibly attentive and go out of their way to make this process go smoothly.
