I’m a new patient to your practice, I’ve canceled several appointments out of fear of dentists but after meeting your entire staff: I’m never canceling another appointment. I felt so safe, I felt comfortable and in good hands. I normally carry a towel that I twist up, tug on and treat as my safety blanket. I had no need for it, I honestly forgot that I had it with me.

Nothing has changed since the closure last year, people are welcoming and helpful as usual. Professional air purifiers are installed in every room and masks requirements are enforced strictly. The hawks that were hovering above the Newell area were not there on June 4th, maybe they have their own Covid restrictions relief schedule.

Dr. Rader and his staff are the best! The office is super organized, clean and located in a great area off Walnut Creek. We do not live close, but drive through the tunnel to this practice. Dr Rader invests into the latest technology. During Covid times we feel safe coming for check ups since they installed special suction device to help with the air and everyone is wearing masks.

I showed up at Dr. Rader's office with a advancing cavity without a solid proposition by my prior dentist as to a sound course of treatment, and the possibility of being referred to a specialist if it did not go as planned... Dr. Rader assessed the circumstance and proposed a course of action, as the doctor has the CERAC machine he was able to propose the required root canal and crown for a complete solution on one visit, now in hindsight" WOW" hardly says enough... I can say from start to finish it was quite painless.

We trust Dr. Rader implicitly. He certainly is not the cheapest dentist around, but the quality of his work is worth the cost. My wife and I have been his patients since 2013 when we moved to Walnut Creek. In fact we flew up to his office yesterday from Irvine, where we have since moved, for an honest assessment and cleaning. He has state of the art equipment in his office which negates having to send work out, thus reducing turnaround time.

Front office does a great job scheduling. I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 min to bee seen. Beautiful office, clean, and new equipment. My hygienist, Ashley, does an awesome job. Had a lot of work done by Dr Rader and keep coming back every time. Had an emergency and he came in on the weekend outside of the working hours to take care of me. He is a great dentist with a ton of services I have not seen anywhere, the 3D scan of mouth and making the crowns on a 3D printer do u can get everything done in one appointment. Post follow up is great.

My last appointment was not actually complete: Dr Rader suggested an expensive treatment, but without his "financial" lady, he could tell me neither how much it would cost, nor how much insurance would pay... He promised, the lady would call me next day... It's a week now after the appointment, but nobody called. Did they forgot about me? Or something happened with the lady?

Excellent team, made me very comfortable and the staff was very courteous and showed me their entire facility which is state of the art modern Dentist office. Dr. Rader was very thorough in his examination of my problem and kept my mind at ease with the explanation of my problem and how best to resolve my problem. My crown fell off one night. Got an appointment the next day. Needed a root canal. Was called about an opening the next day due to a cancellation. Had the procedure and did not feel anything. I always get good, prompt, and charming service.

I was recommended to this office by my staff member. I was greeted by Dr Rader's staff which were all very friendly and very knowledgeable. The office was very attractive and welcoming. Every procedure was explained completely with defined benefits and cost. I don't like going to dentists and was very pleasantly surprised to have no pain, ease of getting a crown replaced in the office and being able to chew within an hour. I would highly recommend this office and deal with a very personable, fun, professional doctor.

In that time I've moved three times, progressively further away from the office, but I still choose to stay with Dr. Rader because of the great and friendly service I always receive. It's always a good sign when the staff has been there nearly as long as the doctor; it's clearly a good working environment as well as a good environment for patients.

The services provided by Dr. Rader and his technicians are outstanding. However, the person who handles billing is absolutely terrible. She had no idea what limit of my insurance dental coverage is, and kept arguing with me until I asked her to check directly with them. Then she calculated the wrong amount of patient's portion, mishandled the past billing process and failed to even once apologize for her mistakes. The entire experience of dealing with her is a huge turn off, I do not trust her to handle my money, copay and billing options. Would not recommend it to my friends or family, due to ongoing negative experience and frustration of dealing with her.
