My hygienist did a very thorough job on cleaning my teeth and very friendly. The dentist also did a thorough job of checking my teeth and was also most friendly. I have been using that group for I believe over two years now and I am very pleased with all of the office.

Awesome Experience - I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist but not anymore! Dr. Albritton and staff are awesome!! Kelly did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Albritton filled one small cavity and I didn’t feel a thing. Great experience from start to finish. I’ll never go anywhere else for my dental care!!!! If you are one of those people who hates going to the dentist then you really need to go here. They will change your mind. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. I had the most thorough new patient appointment I’ve ever had. X-rays and photographs of my teeth or taken. The cleaning was thorough and effective. During my exam, Dr. Albritton found that I had a cracked molar due to an old silver filling and advised having a crown put on. I was not excited about this. The appointment was scheduled for three hours but went by quickly. The crown was made right then and there so I didn’t have to go through having a temporary made and put on only to come back later and have it removed and have the permanent one put on. As far as pain during the procedure,I felt a few twinges from her numbing up the area for the procedure. Other than that no pain. None. My mouth did not hurt that night it not did not hurt the next day. The crown fits so well I can’t even feel that it’s in there. It feels like my original tooth. Thanks Dr. Albritton and staff! See you in 6 months!

I just LOVE coming to this dentist here, you always leave with a smile....... even if you've had major work done. LOL!!!! They take good care of you, and the staff from front to back are amazing. Recently I had a to pay a visit to the office due to a cracked wisdom tooth. Dr. Ardovino and her outstanding staff ( big time thank you to Deborah and Dr. Ardovino) diagnosed the problem quickly and acted promptly. This is just one reason among many that Albritton and Ardovino Family Dentistry is the dentist office that I would highly recommend. Outstanding care with a premium placed on the patients care and comfort . They pride themselves on their excellent people /set skills and they listen which obviously is key. ( Duh!!) They are consistently terrific and they have a wonderful deposition as a staff. I cannot find enough good things to say about Dr. Ardovino ( and we are not even related !!!) is excellent her skill set is second to none period . I have mentioned several times that Dr.Ardovino would of made a great trades woman ( plumber, electrician, carpenter) Dr. Ardovino could I assembly IKEA furniture without instructions she is that skilled. Of course I have to mention her first rate assistant Deborah is tremendous as well. Great people / set skills just terrific. Dr Ardovino and her staff take the fear out of going to the dentist that’s how good they are. They work really well as a team and they are nice people. Dr. Ardovino has to be one of the BEST DENTIST in the southeast , just magnificent technique ( along with people skills) with a premium placed on the patients needs. If you need any dentistry work you and your family will be highly satisfied with Albritton and Ardovino Family Dentistry. Five star care with five star people. Now Albritton and Ardovino Family Dentistry please play more Rock N Roll on your music channels. A little Led Zeppelin, The Who , Lynyrd Skynyrd , Rolling Stones, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Bob Seger, Creedence Clearwater Revival just a few artists who would be an asset to anyone’s record collection it would definitely be appreciated by the patients who love Rock N Roll. As always my visit to my dentist was uneventful and pleasant. Everyone is super nice and friendly and their main goal is to assist you with good oral hygiene. The Doctors and hygienist are always so gentle that you don't even think about them working in your mouth or on your teeth. I love our dental care family at Albritton & Ardivino but this recent visit was especially noteworthy. I arrived for my appointment only to learn from my wonderful hygienist Kelly that since I recently had knee replacement surgery, I should have pre-medicated with an antibiotic. Should have, meaning I didn’t pre-medicate. Immediately Kelly called my orthopedic surgeon to secure advice. Ultimately, we proceeded with the appointment and an antibiotic was offered to me on-site. The care and concern of both Dr. Ardivino and my hygienist Kelly was impressive. I felt genuinely cared for in this situation. Clearly my health was of the utmost concern. Kind and caring are not just words at this office they are action words! I am grateful to them.

I was thoroughly impressed as a first time patient. Dr. Albritton was able to fix my chipped tooth painlessly and quickly since they are able to make the crowns in house. I will be using them as my primary dentist moving forward and will be visiting them in a week for my first cleaning at their office. My family and I had seen the same dentist for many years and when he decided to retire, we were looking for a new provider. Albritton and Ardovino are close to our home, so I decided to give them a try. This was the cleanest dental facility I've ever been in, the equipment is the most technologically advanced that I've ever seen, and the staff were friendly and courteous. They also took many COVID precautions like using sterilization mouth wash and continually washing their hands. Recently moved to Alabama and had not seen a dentist for way too long. Visited Dr Albritton and her team, they are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I needed some work which they scheduled quickly and the whole experience, including the work, was excellent. They have state of the art equipment and are very up to date on techniques and products. After having not gone to the dentist in over 10 years, Albritton and Ardovino family dentistry was an amazing experience! I have had to get deep cleaning, cavities filled, and a crown, with another crown coming up soon, and every time I go, throughout these processes, the hygienists and dentists are always checking to make sure I am comfortable! Highly recommend this place!

I have always appreciated the cleanliness of the office, the PPE worn by the staff, and the complete concern and care by the staff for the patients. That is not new for your practice. I was grateful for the temperature check, the social distancing, and the PPE I saw again. I do think that I would have felt more comfortable if the hygienist had worn a protective shield. I am sure the layers make it less comfortable and harder to do the job. I do think since the proximity of our faces, a clear, acrylic shield would provide that extra layer and extra security measure. Dr. Ardovino was so nice and professional with me during my first visit that I can truly say I want and will not go to another dentist unless something was to happen and she leaves and goes somewhere else. But not only was Dr. Ardovino amazing but so was dental hygienists that was working with me. She took the time to show and explain everything to me and also gave me very helpful tips and knowledge into helping prevent further cavities and abuse on my teeth. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist and don’t get me wrong I still don’t but now I am honestly more comfortable and not dreading my next appointment!lol would recommend this dentist office to anyone with confidence that they would leave their first appointment just as happy and pleased as I did!

When I left my appointment I thought I owed one amount for a filling that was scheduled from the paper work given me. We also purchased the in house insurance. About 20 minutes after leaving I received a phone call saying the amount quoted me was incorrect . It was going to be more than double the amount I thought. With the insurance my amount is only about 40 dollars less than without it. After getting home and taking a look at my teeth I also felt my cleaning was inadequate. There was obvious stain left on the side of a couple of my teeth.

If you are need of an excellent dentist who has an outstanding skill set and has an excellent staff then Dr. Ardovino is the dentist you need. She really is a wonderful person who is hard working, honest and has a tremendous compassion for her clients. The office takes away the fear of the dreaded dentist visit that a lot of people have. She is so good that I think she can put together IKEA furniture together without the instructions. I think Dr. Ardovino has exceptional leadership traits by leading by example. I personally saw her doing tasks that you usually see the newest employee do but she takes it upon herself to do them. She has a great work ethic and NEVER will settle until the client is completely 100 percent satisfied. The office of Albritton and Ardovino Family Dentistry is a five star dentist office on a five star rating scale. If you have small or big dental needs this is the office for you.

Going to a dentist is not an easy feat for me, but Dr. ALBRITTNON and ARDOVINO made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I needed a crown on one of my teeth and they made the tooth while I waited. My son has an easy gag reflex and has struggled with dental x-rays in the past (including vomiting). Kelly put him at ease by explaining the process, taking extra precautionary measures and having extra staff on hand to ensure it was quick and painless. He said this was his best dental experience ever! Thank you for all the "extra" ways you provided him peace of mind throughout the process and kudos for getting the x-rays too. One dental practice in FL and one in AL were not even able to get the x-rays because of his gag reflex. Thankful to find a staff and practice that could accomplish cleaning and x-rays in spite of this obstacle and make it such a pleasant experience for him. As a result, the entire family is changing to this practice. My daughter went for a cleaning the very next day.

Terrible! The kindest thing I can say about Maria is that she was "straightforward". Went to get crown and was told no estimate of cost was available until I had incurred $87 bill for them to even look in my mouth. I would welcome chance to describe my visit in more detail with someone in charge.

I have been using these dentists since I moved to Birmingham 5 year ago. While I have always had, what I would think of as good dentists, I have to say that that I have really enjoyed this dental group. Maria, my hygienist is always very thorough and has offered great options for my particular needs and is very informative. Dr Ardovino is my regular dentist, but I have seen both of the Dr's. I love that they approach dentistry with gentle hand. They are not aggressive in their treatment, they always provide me with the information that I need to know, and I have never had them suggest anything that didn't make sense considering my situation. I highly recommend Allbitton and Ardivino Family Dentistry to any one who isn't happy with their current dentist, or who has maybe been avoiding a dentist out of fear. These folks will take great care of you.

Dr. Ardovino is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever used. Her work is excellent and I can't recommend her highly enough. I wish I could have had a dentist like her long ago. Her and her staff are very friendly and make the visits to the dentist as pleasant as possible. My last visit for a crown and filling was pain free. I was surprised to learn that I get the permanent crown the same day, which was great! I'm so glad to have found this place.

I'm 65 years old and broke a decades old filling in one of my molar teeth. Dr. Albritton and her staff saw me the same day I called, assessed the problem determining I needed my first ever crown. I left there two hours later with the finished crown in place and it fits perfectly. It was an unexpectedly quick and satisfying resolution to the problem. I highly recommend them.

This Dental group is the best. You never wait to see them. They are all very pleasant to talk to. I had my first crown and I was nervous. It did not take long and I came home with the real crown and not a temporary. That was a real plus. The dentist was very positive along with staff members. I had my first cleaning here a few months back after not visiting a dentist in 6 years. They found a few issues that I would have to have work done for. The whole experience was as pleasant as it can be for what it is. They got me in within 5 minutes, made sure I was completely comfortable by providing me with a blanket and heated chair in case I got cold, and made sure I was okay the entire time.

My new dental practice is great! Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Dr. Ardovino is a skilled and talented dentist who has improved the health of my teeth tremendously! She also has a friendly personality. They are all quite considerate. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable, even going to the point of providing blankets and heated dental chairs! I recently had an impromptu visit to Dr. Ardovino office due to some pain in my jaw located on my lower left side. The pain which was throbbing made sleeping near impossible. Dr. Ardovino and Debra her first rate dental assistant listened and performed some tests to try and locate the source of the pain which started in my jaw and went to my left ear and proceeded to my left side of my temple. Dr. Ardovino and Debra were able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution. I was extremely happy with the care I received, Dr. Ardovino always place’s her patients care first and foremost. I was and remain appreciative of Dr. Ardovino for making room for me in the emergency I had. Due to my pain I had slept very little and Dr. Ardovino solution was spot on and saved me big time. Dr. Ardovino skills set is just outstanding. She’s a first rate dentist and would challenge anyone to find a better dentist. Lastly her staff is terrific from Maddie the office manager to all of dental assistant’s and hygienist’s.

This visit was to crown a tooth that was both craxked and the filling had a crack. I was anxious about the procedure but Dr. Albritton and the dental assistant Amanda were amazingly patient with me and assuring each and every step in the process. The most amazing part was that in less than 2.5 hours the new crown was cemented in place and I was out the door. No temporary crown with a second visit to install the permanent crown. This was a one step process/appointment. I was very pleased with the care and treatment I received.

I am a patient of Dr. Ardovino and have found her to be professional, highly skilled and a terrific listener. I can say the the same for Ms. Debra one of the outstanding dental assistants , they are both first class all the way. I really feel I got lucky in finding Dr. Ardovino and Debra who did an excellent job on me. I needed a lot work and they always made it crystal clear what we were doing that session and I feel that they both placed a premium on my comfort level and never did I feel they rushed me or tried to browbeat me into saying something I did not feel. For example if my bite did not feel right they never said “ Oh it will correct itself” they just worked until my bite was comfortable to me. If you need dental work whether it be small or big Dr. Ardovino is the dentist you want to be working on you. She goes out of her way NOT to cause pain or discomfort and the same goes for her terrific assistant Debra. I liked to mention Maddie the office manager and Maria the hygienist who are terrific

I am a big fan of Dr. Ardovino and Debra one of the dental assistants that has been working on me from my first visit. The staff I have met are very nice and professional. I have had numerous visits now and each visit all of the work that is to be done is explained to me clearly and concise as well as the payment portion of those visits. No confusion and complexity which I like since it's clear. I would rate my visits excellent and I am no fan of the dental industry, I mean really who looks forward to seeing a dentist?. Dr. Ardovino and Debra have an outstanding personal skills and do a wonderful job of communicating with a patient on what's taking place and place a high priority on patient safety and comfort. I have been a patient for a few months now and I have several more sessions to go. Having said that I would highly recommend Dr. Ardovino and her terrific staff to everyone who is need of a highly skilled, compassionate , outstanding dentist and of course a wonderful, caring staff. On my visits which are long in length Debra (a dental assistant) is first rate, she is just terrific and is highly skilled, experienced and it shows through her work. A premium is always placed on the patient's comfort level. Both Dr. Ardovino and Debra always ask me how am I feeling while both are working on me. Doctor Ardovino and Debra always explain all the work that's going to be done and always communicate effectively not only with each other but with me. If you require dental work of any kind you would be wise to contact Dr. Ardovino's office. I have shed my discomfort ( lack of a better phrase) of seeing a dentist. I would also like to mention Maddy the office manager as well , she's just wonderful, excellent in communication so that no confusion may occur. Now if they can just play some Rock n Roll music say ( some 60s and 80's ) like perhaps Van Halen, Queen, The Doors, AC/DC,U2, Led Zeppelin and my favorite The Who, plus Creedence Clearwater Revival and of course throw in some Southern Rock the GREAT Lynyrd Skynyrd plus the GREAT Stevie Ray Vaughn that would be outstanding. In closing if you need dental work of any kind , this is the office for you.

I just completed my first session which lasted 4 hours. One down six to go . My dentist Dr. Ardovino and her assistant Debra were just great. They took the time to explain what was going to be done and during the 4 hour session kept checking with me to see how I was doing. What I really like was that Dr. Ardovino and Debra did not rush the process. They made sure I was 100 percent satisfied with the work they had done, and that does not always happen in a dentist or doctor's office. I am not one who looks forward to any medical appointment but Dr. Ardovino and Debra were just outstanding and if you are going to select a dentist you would be wise to choose Dr. Ardovino. The staff I have met are wonderful, caring people who do a great job to put you at ease.

The receptionist was great and so was the dentist but the woman who cleaned my teeth didn't make me feel comfortable. Everyone was super friendly and our visit was outstanding as always. Dr. Ardovino is so compassionate and truly cares for her patients! The whole gang is that way. On this visit, we brought an eleven-year-old friend who had never seen a dentist; Dr. Ardovino, Kelly, and Debra totally put her at ease. She loved them and enjoyed the visit in spite of having extensive work done! Their expertise and detailed explanations also far exceed what I've typically experienced. Perhaps this is the best compliment: my daughter, who was previously terrified of dentists before coming to A&A, hopes for a cavity so she can spend more time with these awesome folks! However, they've really motivated her to be diligent with oral hygiene, so she had none. Our whole family looks forward to our dental visits. It just doesn't get any better than that. :)

The person who cleaned my teeth was "ok" but not nearly as good as the person I had last time. I was bumped and sprayed with water, not big things, but it just didn't seem as thorough as last time nor explained as competently.

I told the dental assistant that I had X-rays 6 months ago and didn't think my insurance would cover them. She said she would check. She did and said yes, they cover bite wing X-rays every 6 months. Then when I was checking out, it turned out that I had reached my maximum dental coverage allowed until 10/1. I realize that it is my responsibility to keep track of what my insurance covers, and I thought I had. But when she told me she checked and it was covered, I thought I must have been mistaken. I am not happy to pay for something that I specially said I did not want. Also, it would have been considerate of the person who sits at the front to let me know that I had reached my maximum dental allowance until 10/1 since she had that information right in front of her instead of waiting until AFTER I had already had my cleaning and exam. Again, I understand it is my responsibility to keep up with my insurance coverage, but it would have been considerate and helpful if she had let me know

I love the entire staff. From the front desk, to the hygienist, assistants and dentists. All wonderful. I didn't hear the best news about my teeth on my initial visit, but they have helped me to see that it's not so bad and that we will work to make things better. I can honestly say that, for the first time, I don't mind going to the dentist.

It didnt bother me but I noticed you could hear the high pitch of the machines from the back into the waiting room. Had the thought that someone with anxiety wouldnt do well with that lol. I Pay all my bills as I go so I really appreciate an accurate bill at time of service. My last dentist billed me three charges aver 8 months for the same visit. Very friendly staff. I look forward to cutting up and visiting when I go. I have called twice and left voice mail saying I could show up earlier if time was available and didnt get a call back. Not a big deal. It was just a little odd not to have the call acknowledged. Very pleased over all.

The dental hygenist, Kelly (I believe is her name) as well as Dr. Albritton were both very thorough and knowlegeable with my examination and cleaning. I now am flossing every day as I was encouraged to because it is so important. I appreciate the great service and expertise I received there as a patient. I do not know of anything that you could do to make me feel more comfortable. Everyone is very friendly, kind and takes the time to explain any questions that I might have. Staff have a smile on their face and will joke around with you and that makes me feel more comfortable. Most places the staff act as though they wish they were not at work which affects a persons reaction to their visit. Here, I feel almost like family.

My husband and I are very blessed to have found AA dentistry! We both love going to the dentist now. They are always quick to service you with a genuine smile on their face. Brandy is very gentle during cleanings and treats you like a friend not just a patient. She can remember a conversation she had with you 6 months ago! Both doctors are friendly and thorough as well. I don't think I waited even 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Brandy came out to the lobby at my appointment time, apologized for running a little late and said she just needed to clean things up and she would bring me back, and she came back in just a few minutes. I was not inconvenienced in the least. She is a wonderful hygienist and is truly a pleasant and wonderful person. We are very happy that we chose to use Albritton and Ardovino and hope to be patients of yours for many years to come.

You should consider your HIPAA policies. My child's status and remaining treatments were discussed openly in the waiting room while 2 other patients were present. This is inappropriate. On our next visit I will be requesting more private accommodations for any patient care and/or financial discussions.
