Every time I visit Colorado Springs (every 2-3 months) one of the highlights of my trip is going to Albert Vein Institute and having a facial by Frelyn. I've had facials at other places, and none other comes close to the ones I have here. As an older lady, my skin is dry and of course there are those pesky wrinkles. Frelyn is very knowledgeable and professional, but she is also a very warm and friendly person. It's amazing how good my skin feels and looks after my facial. Thank you, AVI and Frelyn.

I have been very impressed with the people, process and attention to detail at AVI. I have been to at least two other providers in the past who didn't do the job properly and so far I am very pleased with AVI. I didn't go into this as much for appearance improvement as fixing some "issues", but the appearance improvement in my legs is a nice bonus! In addition, I had some pretty unpleasant treatments at other places - two days ago I went through an injection and really never felt anything!

I been going to Albert Vein Institute and I have had the most caring nurses and assistance at the front desk. I would highly recommend this place for any Vein issues. I have been elsewhere and never got treated the way I do here at Albert Vein Institute. I recommend that you give this place a try I am pain-free with about five visits thank you so much for everyone in that office they care and make you feel very important.

My legs have been bad for the past 20 years. I’m only 41 so all of my 20’s and 30’s I was so self conscience about my legs that I never wore shorts or skirts. Not to mention how itchy and painful the veins would get because I stood 12 hours a day for work. That’s when I decided to go to the Albert vein institute. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I met with Doctor Albert day one! The nurses are so, so awesome. The front desk ladies are awesome. Literally everyone is the best. I felt so taken care of. They answered all of my questions. My legs were pretty bad so the work that was done was extensive, but they answered all of my questions and took such good care of me! The healing took a while. I’m almost completely healed and I’m wearing shorts already. It is such an amazing difference. I wish I would have done it sooner!

Glad to get in so quickly when the doctor thought I needed to get checked out. Service was great. It was a little odd that I received a vital signs check and then was charged for it without me knowing that's what was going to happen, but I also get that staff needs to be paid and given my symptoms it was wise to do a check. Just might've been nice to be able to give verbal or written consent so I knew I'd be charged more for more services.

I've had a mostly great experience thus far with Albert Vein Institute. The staff is all very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that my expectations heading into the procedures and recovery were not really what happened. I expected to feel no pain at all because of the sedation, but I definitely felt pain and was mildly traumatized after the second procedure. I can't say that was anyone's fault necessarily, it may have been simply my low tolerance for both pain and pain medications so they couldn't give me full doses to rid me of the pain. (Doesn't bode well for me with future medical needs...) But I do think if I had been more closely monitored I would not have had a negative reaction to the pain meds the second procedure and therefore wouldn't have had to do the procedure without anything coming through the IV to sedate me. For the recovery, I definitely would've appreciated knowing that I could be uncomfortable, even experiencing severe nerve pain for days/weeks post procedures. Based on everything I was told, I could ease back in to full capacity normal life almost immediately after. I realize everyone is different so they don't want to discuss expectations, but honestly, that's not helpful for most people. It's better to know what could happen and then have it not then to be told nothing and have pain linger. It makes you feel like something's wrong. Otherwise, my experience with AVI has been very satisfactory. I believe the team at AVI has taken great care of my health and I so appreciate their openness to treating someone like me who is younger and doesn't visibly have as many problems. They didn't scoff or turn me away or tell me to "wait til your done having kids" and just suffer in the meantime. I would definitely recommend AVI to anyone, just know that the procedures may actually hurt and you may take a while to recover and that's normal. Being prepared is always better.

I had nightmare services for vein work last year, so when my insurance changed, I decided to follow up with Dr Albert. The professionalism and teamwork at this office is great. The surroundings are clean, modern, and the lobby area is very pretty. My lack of a 5-star review only hinges on how busy it constantly is when I'm in, which keeps the team constantly moving, and thus a little short on time with me, and the very few minutes I actually spend with the doctor, but seriously, I have confidence that his staff know what they are doing and get it done, so that's no problem.

The whole AVI team are very nice, professional and will answer any questions or will help with any concerns you may have. It's nice to see everyone smiling and asking how you are doing when you come in for your apt. There was an emergency that required attention while I was waiting for my apt I did have to wait but everyone continually kept me advised as to what was going on and how much longer I needed to wait. I really appreciate that...+ plus they constantly apologized for me waiting. If I do know of someone having leg and vein issues I would recommend them coming to see Dr Albert.

I did not know what to expect with my visit to Albert Vein Institute, but was pleasantly surprised by the sheer amount of professionalism and caring staff. The office area is beautiful with plenty of leather chairs for waiting patients with a beautiful panorama of the Pike's Peak mountain range while you wait. Upon arriving in the waiting area, you are quickly greeted with one of multiple associates to help you get checked in and processed to make sure you get ready for your appointment. My wait for my appointment was minimal and on time. Very impressive these days given the problems with staffing in other medical practices. I felt like this was a finely tuned machine of doctors and staff as everyone was tag-teaming and working diligently to make sure you were where you were supposed to be, and understood what everyone of the staff was doing for you to make sure your experience was exceptional. I was very impressed with the whole operation and the facility. After seeing 4 physicians including a top foot surgeon in the Springs, Dr. Albert nailed the problem with my foot and gave me multiple options for how to deal with it moving forward. This practice is very in-tune to what is covered by different insurance companies, including Medicare,and they can help make sure you are going to get the most benefit from your insurance company to get the medical treatment you need. I would highly recommend Dr. Albert and his staff if you think you have any issues with your legs or feet to help you get back to normal.

A very caring, friendly, professional facility. All staff from the front desk to the medical teams are so friendly, explain what is happening in plain language and treat you as a family member. The care given to details and your well being is above all that I have have ever worked with. There was no wait time for your appointment. I highly recommend this clinic. An office of jewels!

I had the vein ablation procedures at the Lone Tree office. I was cared for by many of the staff (nurses, PA's, ultrasound techs) and every single one was kind, caring and answered all of my questions.(And because I didn't know what to expect, I had a lot of questions!) The day after each procedure, they called to see if I was doing well and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I felt like I was in good hands at each appointment. Dr. Albert built a fantastic team!

My experience at The Akbert Vein Institute has been consistently excellent. Dr. Albert is the best in his field. Though I was disappointed that I was not able to get the injections I had come for, the staff was very supportive. I suggested that I would be able to do everything I needed to after for a positive outcome. They needed to run it by the doctor, even though I suspect they knew what he would say. He told me what I didn’t want to hear that I would have to come back, but he explained everything and I understood.

Came for my yearly ultra sound to check the condition of my leg veins. Everything went as planned and my veins require no additional work at this time. My legs have seen a significent improvement since the surgeries. I like the follow up visits to keep on top of any reoccurrence.

My first visit was amazing. I was so nervous because I’ve been battling this condition for a while and no one seemed to care about resolution. The staff was amazing. I have been to both offices numerous times since October 2017. Each time I am greeted by friendly professional women who treat me with respect. When I saw the commercial about t he Albert Vein Center, I had a feeling Dr. Albert’s process was different than the procedure I had in 2005 and 2013 to treat my varicose veins. After my consult with Dr. Albert and my ultrasound, I was told my veins could be successfully treated with the state-of-the art methods Dr. Albert and his staff use in the treatment of my veins. I have been completely satisfied and utterly amazed at the results from my treatments. I highly recommend The Albert Vein Institute for anyone with vein issues of any kind.

My experience at Albert Vein Institute has been outstanding. Dr. Albert is an expert in vascular medicine and is extremely thorough. His staff are highly trained and very empathic and caring. As a patient, the PA’s and RN’s welcomed questions and provided detailed education on the procedures and recovery. I felt reassured and calm in the care of the AVI team. They are confident, highly skilled and incredibly kind. My experience with AVI has been above and beyond what I expected. This is due mostly to ALL members of the staff that I have come in contact with. So far, I have had a few appointments which has included two procedures to cure my vericose veins. Every time that I come in, we are welcomed with a greeting and a smile by the ladies at the front desk. After a very short wait time, I am taken to the back to be greeted by more friendly faces and conversation. Both of my procedures were a great experience. The nurses and PA's were right there with me comforting me and going the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable and knew what they were doing. Everything is clearly outlined to me before they do anything by either Dr. Albert or one of his great staff members. Honestly, I feel like more then just a patient here at AVI. Thank you for the great experiences so far.

Everyone at AVI always treats me with respect and professionalism. All the medical staff that comes in contact with me knows what my problems are and seems eager to get to the root of the problem. Since we travel a lot and spend hours in the airplane, it's very important to me NOT to have blood clots and the staff knows my concerns. My husband had some issues with one of the front desk employees where he was so upset that he doesn't want to come back to the office. He spoke with the nurse that took me out to the car after my procedures regarding this issue. I on the other hand didn't have any issues and am very thankful for the work that was done on my legs.

I do not understand why the vein procedure and the followup injections have to be so painful. There must be a way to keep a patient more comfortable during both. I have never felt so much pain and discomfort in my life. I do not know if I had it to do over again, if I would have the procedure done, and I could not recommend it to anyone contemplating the procedure. Your staff needs name tags. With so many ladies working in your office, it would be nice to be able to keep track of who is treating you. Your facility is stunning and is decorated beautifully.
