Accommodating, efficient and affordable. This office was kind enough to take me in at the very last minute because I was having bad tooth pain, 2 days later I was scheduled to come back in to have an extraction, which took less then 10 minutes in the chair from start to finish. Thank you!!

You should ask all the questions till you feel comfortable to proceed. It seems as if they were in a hurry, almost afraid to ask anything…But They answered all asked questions without hesitation.. Research whatever procedure before visit so you have an understanding on how they’re doing… I feel it could have been better had I known more.. Nevertheless I’m satisfied.. once engaged they were more than eager to help… Receptionist seem under trained or overwhelmed… acknowledged your customers entering and departing .. Thank You

Great to leave Affordable Family Dental having had a pleasant experience. The front desk people are a joy to deal with both over the phone and in person. Carlos, the technician, is professional and polite. Aisha, the hygienist is superb! Not only did she explain the process of cleaning my teeth, she also offered helpful tips on brushing and flossing. Her caring attitude is most appreciated as is the skill which she displays. I have good things to say about Dr Michael Masse and all of the staff at Affordable Family Dental.

The staff was very friendly and it was easy to book an appointment. The office is very close to my house, which was another bonus. The facility was clean and professional looking. I am taking out one star because the dentist did not do what I expected. There was no flossing during the cleaning, nor was there any significant scratching off plaque. I'm not a dentist and I'm not sure if that's what needs to be done every time, but it seemed like a very superficial cleaning to me.

They get one star because they were willing to see me so last minute. Office was not clean and staff was not friendly. They must improve the cleanliness of the rooms. Dentist and assistant clicking the mouse and keyboard with the same gloved hands they are using to touch my face and mouth. I was traumatized. Procedure was rough and silent with very very little explanation of what’s going on. When pain returned later that day I called the office desperate for instruction or more information and the receptionist was dismissive and even chuckled a bit... my partner had to intervene because he witnessed how poorly I was being treated. I thought I was kind and asked questions but I wasn’t met with the same warmth and expectation to be informed. I definitely feel it is race related because the staff was far more chatty and friendly to an another patient of another race. I’m very disappointed and am taking my treatment plan elsewhere.

After confirming my appointment through text, email, and a phone call and getting there 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time and waiting for more than 30 minutes, I was told that, somehow, they didn’t know I was gonna come and I was there for 30 minutes at the 20 sqft lobby area so they made a quick decision to pull in someone else. Plus, I was told they could check in with the denstist if she still could “accept” me. Thanks for ruining my Saturday!

Great! It was great service from the initial phone call to make the appointment to the appointment, wait, and everything else. I waited a little bit to finally see the Doctor and they were apologetic was very unexpected and kind. In the past I have waited 3x's as long to see a Doctor/Dentist at other medical practices and no one ever said anything. Despite not having great dental news the Dentist and her assistant were very encouraging, helpful, and happy which always helps lighten things up especially when you are at the Dentist. The Office Manager was able to work with my dental program and took the time and was patient enough to figure out how to get me the best price for my treatment plan as well!

I made my appointment on Monday 7/3/17 with a gentleman. He informed me that the office was closed Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday for the holiday but would be open on Thursday, 7/6. He gave me a 9am appointment At 8:20 I received a call advising that the appointment was being canceled, the Dr. would not be in. I'm waiting for the office to re-open so I can get a new appointment.

Front desk staff and hygienist were fantastic! I felt that Dr. Massey was rude and made me feel embarrassed. I suffered from bullimia for almost 15 years which ruined my teeth. I finally got the nerve to go to a dentist after breaking a front tooth. I was visibly upset to begin with. He walked in the examine room with a chip on his shoulder which I think was do to me being a fit in appointment. Upon examining my mouth he said "so what did you just give up on going to the dentist"? I was taken back by this comment because I obviously knew my teeth were suffering. I didn't need a dentist to make me feel worse. I explained to him that I suffered from bullimia for years and was at a point where I had the ability to finally get my teeth fixed and my doctor was hoping to get my health insurance to pay for a portion of it. He laughed and said "I've never heard of that". He was just overall very rude and exactly why people hate going to the dentist. As it stands I need probably 15-20k worth of dental work and was hoping to have it done at Affordable Dental. Because if this experience, I doubt I will give hen my business. It is sad because everyone else was so kind.

All of the cleanings I receive here are the shortest cleanings of any dental office I've ever been too. It makes me feel like I'm not getting a very close exam/cleaning. No one discusses my x-rays with me either. Overall everyone is very friendly and polite though, and the visits are very painless

When the dentist gave his exam he was hardly in the room for 60 seconds. I wish there was more care given in the exam. Cleaning was thorough.

I was in a substantial amount of pain and understandably aloof. The dental assistant was very understanding, thoughtful and obviously empathetic. At times there are very small but personable differences which make a significant difference in the comfort level of a patient. This was on display on Monday and much appreciated.

I must say how disappointed I was upon arriving for my schedule apt and the office wad closed. I received an email confirming my visit for which o responded to. A call should have been placed by your office to re-schedule my apt. Lately I think the communication andservice has been lacking, not to mention the turnover rate. What happen to providing good customer? I left a couple messages a few weeks back and as of today no one has return my call.
