Advanced Dental has very nice crew that work to provide the best service for their customers. The front desk is very helpful and friendly and hygienist was great, I had been to a lot of dentist and hygienist and I think Advanced dental is one of the best.

I know that whatever my dental needs are, from the simple procedures to the more complicated ones, that I am in the very best hands that I know for dental care. The staff is always pleasant and the follow ups after procedures are wonderful. You have the feeling that the entire staff really care about your needs and your time. As like most people the dentists office isn’t my favorite place to go but the folks at Advanced Cosmetic Dentristy do their best to keep everyone as relaxed as possible. Deb is a great hygienist, and Dr. Esrawi is tops in his field and I think truly wants everyone to have a perfect smile. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I have been to 7 ot 8 dentists on the Cape. I swear, one of them used to frame houses! Dr. Es is THE MAN where I am concerned, and have been a ppt for at least 6 yrs. AND the DT who did my cleaning the other day was careful, gentle, and did an excellent job!

The decision to have cosmetic dentistry is a very personal one, having to weigh the desire for a healthy and beautiful smile with the idea that it's 'okay' to do something so grand for yourself! We are all pulled in so many directions these days that sometimes we put ourselves last - well not this time! With the support of my husband, I embarked on a year-long journey with Dr. Esrawi and his fantastic staff. Everyone, from the ladies at the reception area to the dental hygienists, were completely lovely ALL the time. I always felt welcomed and valued as a patient and was treated with kindness and respect. I will be forever grateful for this procedure for it has truly changed my life.

My dentist is great. He is actually fun at times. However, he is an expert, performs precisely, but most of all I have felt safe that the process was well done. I have going to him to for 2 years and my implants and cosmetic procedures are now complete and I do smile more openly now!

I had a new cap for my front tooth installed to match the other one. A masterful job and you would never know that they were both replacements. I have been a Patient of Malek Esrawi and his Incredible Hygenist.....Deb.....for YEARS !!! Dr. Esrawi has completely restored my Mouth...after much Trauma elsewhere. I grew up in an Alcoholic Family....and my Brother and I soothed Ourselves with Sweets.....He has NOT HAD THE WONDERFUL HELP that I have had.... and he has False Teeth. I am AMAZED every time I go to the Office. I have my Teeth cleaned every three months and Deb has taught me, counseled me, and held my hand at times....!!! Dr. Esrawi is GENIUS !!! I was in a store lately and spoke to a woman shopping near me......She said....."I am a Dental Hygenist....and your Teeth are BEAUTIFUL" !!! WHAT A TESTIMONIAL ! This office is very professional, very clean, and efficient. Due to the high quality, state of the art equipment and expertise in use of said equipment, I feel my time is well spent and the results have been excellent! It's also worth mentioning that the staff and Dr. Esrawi listen and are very responsive to any concerns I may have had whether it be about insurance or treatment plans. I always know what to expect when I walked through the door.

Let's see...having your teeth drilled is not a great experience. However, the professionalism and social skills of Malek and his colleagues makes it bearable. The only suggestion I would make is giving some sense of how much longer the ordeal must last. As you may know, I row competitively, and one of the great inputs from the Cox is how much farther you have to go. "Last 20 strokes!" You always have 20 strokes left before the tank is empty.

My last visit to his office was for a cleaning with Deb. She is the top of the line. Her knowledge is abundant, and she'll answer any questions I may have about dental care. The personnel at the front desk are professional, friendly, and very caring. You're always greeted with a smile and a hello. The front office personnel will answer any insurance related questions I have pertaining to billing and future appointments.

Having had Orthognathic surgery when I was younger, finding a dentist I could trust and be comfortable with was crucial...finding Dr. Esrawi has made my fear of the Dentist go away.... not once have I had any pain during any procedures, he has always made sure I am treated with the best care, and professionalism. The staff and the Doctor who works at the office is very welcoming, professional and pleasant, but one thing I want to point it out. When you have scheduled an appointment at 4:15pm and they call you few days in advance to reschedule to 3:45pm and then you have to wait till 4:35pm for the Doctor, it is really frustrating. Knowing that I have just about an hour off from work.

I drive an hour and a half to see Dr. Eswari and have been for the past 10 years. He's the best dentist around and his staff is excellent too. His procedures are always done right and as painless as medically possible. You just can't get better dental care that you get at Dr. Esrawi's. .

I recently had a new Maryland Bridge installed and have to say it was a painless procedure. Dr. Esrawi has a very good technique when administering the injection for numbness and for someone like me who is terrified of needles, it was very reassuring that I can have future dental work done without the old pain I used to experience. His assistant, Anna was pleasant and very efficient. I only have the temporary bridge right now, but even at that it looks much better than my old appliance. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this office. Anne S.

While vacationing with family on Cape, i went to see Dr. Esrawi for a specific issue. I left wishing that i could transfer to his practice for all dental needs for me and my kids! I have been a patient for a number of years and have complete faith in Dr. Esrawi and his staff. I recently had broken a crown and had to have it replaced. When I called the office about the problem I was immediately given an appointment and the problem assessed. A follow up appointment scheduled with preparatory work done in the morning and the completed crown installed in the afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Dr. Malek Esrawi and all of his staff are the most esteemed team of people I have had the pleasure of being a patient of. My Mother is a patient of Dr. Esrawi's and he took phenomenal care of her. Great staff, keep you comfortable and at ease. Root canal is never a fun thing, but with all the newest and best technology I found the experience was easy. Some discomfort that night, but Advil took care of that and the next day was fine. The post and crown appointment was fine. Looking forward to the permanent crown placement in a couple days.

My experience at Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry was excellent. My implant was not easy, with an infection, making the procedure difficult.
