I would have easily given five stars but there is one big thing that changed my mind. I was told that you can't put lenses made for me in frames I already have. I have to use your frames and you don't have much of a selection. You can't make that make sense to me because lenses are cut to go in your frame. The glasses I am presently wearing are not in the original frame. I had the lenses taken out of the Cohen Hann frames I purchased at Eyecare Associates when i got my glasses and put into $78 frames I purchased at Walmart.

Very disappointed regarding Eyewear selection. I was sent a link to choose 3 frames to look at the day of my appointment. It stated that the frames would be pulled for me to look at. The some of the frames I chose weren't available the day of my appointment. I really want to see what the frames o I picked online looked like in person. Your system needs to be updated and show what's really available in stock and the frames actually are pulled for the customer. SThat way you won't have a customer not satisfied with your frame selection process. Otherwise I love Advanced Eye Care

She's been my twin daughters eye doctor for the past 4 or 5 years(maybe more) One of my daughters vision is really bad but Dr. Vaughn helps us understand what is going on and what would be her best option to help her have a clearer view. Great Service. Everything was great. Each person made me feel right at home and comfortable. I walked in and didn't have to wait long at all before being called back. I was seen in a timely manner. Whenever my son and I have our eye appointments we are always met and greeted with warm smiles. Best combination of professionalism and personableness I have seen from eye care professionals. Every staff member was thorough, congenial, competent, and willing to provide whatever assistance was needed. The doctor did a thorough exam, one of the most thorough (if not the most thorough) exams I have ever had. She did so with warmth and friendliness, took the time to answer my questions, addressed my concerns, and was flexible enough to work with me (in terms of meeting my needs). Dr Vaughn and her staff is always friendly and professional. It was my 11 year old daughter's first visit and they made her feel very comfortable and helped her with her fears of the unknown of an eye exam when her eyes were dilated. They are excellent!

Only reason I have two stars is because my spouse's visit was great my several attempts to get an appointment and not have them cancel for any giving reason then to finally get one see the doctor pay for contacts for someone to tell me that I can't see out of the contacts I just paid for because my eyes are still dilated from almost two weeks ago. Then to get a follow up to have them cancel again is why I asked for a refund and will never be returning and do you think they apologizedapologize at all nope I would not recommend thia location to anyone my spouse is not going back due to the experience I had

Monday was my daughter's first comprehensive eye exam and it went better than I expected. Everyone in the office was caring about my daughter's needs and that made the appointment go smoothly.

My 4 year old son had an appointment to make sure his eyes were okay before starting school in the fall. The office is very nice and modern. The young man that did the check up was excellent in explaining what to do to my son where he could understand it. He was very friendly and patience. My only complain was how long the whole appointment took but I understand it's a doctors appointment.

Our appointment was somehow lost. That sort of thing simply happens upon occasion but certainly led to a longer wait than we anticipated. Other than that, the staff across the board were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional to a fault. In every regard barring that one initial mishap, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Advanced Eye Care.

I would love to see a bigger selection of frames at more affordable prices. I did choose a pair but I also have a pair that I purchased before my appt. And the fees for getting my prescription put into my own frames are too high. Also,getting my prescription to put in my own frames. They make it seem impossible to do when I know it can be done. Overall I was pleased.

My appointment was an emergency and the doctor and staff stayed over to see me. I highly recommend this Doctor and staff. They are a very caring group. I was diagnoised with a bacterial infection in both eyes and the medication given is clearing up my problem nicely.
