Each and every time I am at the dentist office, they make me feel comfortable. From the dental hygienist to Andrew/Brian, they are very professional. If and when any treatment is needed, they do an amazing job explaining it to me, helps with the process. Office itself is very clean. Overall service was excellent. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Maples explained everything very well and gave me options for the work I needed. I also felt like he was only recommended what I truly needed and no additional work. I was not pressured in any way nor was I rushed.

I am very picky with dentists. I recently got out of the military and I have very sensitive gums, so I heard of this place from a neighbor at the pool. This is one of the best dental offices ever!! I cant imagine going anywhere else! My anxiety is through the roof and they walk with u through the whole process and make sure u are comfortable. Dr. Maples and the entire staff was extremely kind and personable. I hadn't had my teeth examined or cleaned professionally in over a year due to covid and a previous traumatic dental experience I had with my previous dentist. It's much easier to schedule appointments when there are two dentists who can easily step into a lengthy procedure, such as an implant, that was started by the other dentist. As I progress through such a procedure, I just ask for an appointment for the next step at an appropriate interval, and at my convenience, knowing that whichever doctor does the work, it will be done well, and consistently.

Always caring and helpful staff. At my cleaning yesterday I actually had some laughs and smilies. Most people don’t associate smiling and laughter at the dentist. This practice is Awesome!!! My first time in this office and the staff was very friendly. Katie gave me the best cleaning that I have ever had!!!! She took time and care to make my teeth look and feel outstanding. I could not thank her enough. Katie rocks!!!! Dr. Maple took his time to examine my mouth and share the results to have my teeth last forever!!! As a side note, they called me to say there was an accident and the patient ran late so I could come in 15 minutes later. Finding a good dentist in a new town can be tricky so I went with a recommendation from a trusted friend who has gone to Maples Dental for years. I have had two beautiful crowns put in, some bonding repaired, an old filling replaced And two dental cleanings. Everything went very well with all procedures and I am glad I now have a trusted dental office in Jacksonville. The office is immaculate and all safety standards are met. The dentists and staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Maples Dental.

I, along with my wife and son, have been patients of Advanced Dental Services of Jacksonville for many years. We were actually patients of the previous dentist before his retiring. Honestly I was concerned when I found out he was retiring but figured I would give the dentists that took the profession over a chance. Since that time I have seen both Doctors, Andrew & Brian Maples and couldn't be more pleased with what they and their staff have done for myself as well as my family. They have always taken the time to explain my options when getting any dental work done and answer any questions I might have. They are both very professional but at the same time almost treat you as if you were a member of their family. Recently, I was chewing on a piece of gum and a crown I had done years back came off, it was after hours and I knew their office was already closed. I called the number and got a recording talking about the corona virus and that all "non emergency"procedures had been postponed. The message went on to say that if this was an emergency either leave a message or call the following numbers and they gave both cell numbers. I called one of the numbers, I explained what happened, he asked if I was in pain and I told him No. He got me in the next day and took care of my tooth, even with all the covid-19 issues going on. I highly recommend these guys.

This dental practice is as perfect as it gets. Drs. Maples picked the coat of arms worn for decades by the venerable Dr. Kilcoyne and have never left a tiniest blot on its escutcheon. It is thanks to their efforts and professionalism that I still have teeth to use ... and bare. The staff they employ, in terms of professionalism and demeanor, follows the example set by the doctors. Dr. Maples and staff were excellent. I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early and was greeted by my name from the receptionist, offered a bottle water while I waited, and was seated in the spotless waiting room. My appointment started one time, Chelsea did my cleaning and she too was very friendly, thorough with my cleaning and also did an excellent job. Next up was Dr. Maples to remove and replace my 35 year old sealants on 12 teeth. He too as very kind, explained the entire process and was also very gentle and thorough in his work. Next up was Paul who had performed the Zoom whitening. He was very kind, gentle and also explained the entire process, and continued to inform me what to expect during each of the four-step process. During my 45 years and multiple dentists across several states, this has been my best experience and will be a patient for the rest of my life. Thank you, Dr. Maples and staff, for such a pleasant experience.

The Drs called to check on me after procedures to make sure I was recovering with no problems. You were made to feel like you were their only patient. My best indicator that the Maples is a superb dental practice is that I've come here time and again for my dental service and have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else in the future - which, owing to my substantial dental needs, will happen again rather soon. I haven't been to the dentist in years due to fear. I was apprehensive but bit the bullet and found Advanced Dental Services in my insurance network. I'm so glad I found them! Katie was my dental hygienist and I explained my fear of the dentist to her. She understood and took time to explain everything to me before she did it. Dr. Andrew Maples came in to assess and found three cavities. I explained my fear of needles and he said no problem, he can fill them without Novocain. He was so gentle and personable. Both Katie and Dr. Maples put me at ease and I've never had a better dental experience before. My fiancé will be making an appointment next week. Dr. Maples even called two days after personally on his cell to check on me. Such a caring dentist! Thank you Dr. Maples and staff!

I've been with this practice since it was changed from Dr. Kilcoyne. I wanted to basically stay at the same place initially but now I stay because I like the service given and the professionalism. They are always sensitive to my financial concerns as my wife and I both are having to have crowns done and they're very expensive, even with insurance. They do not try to guilt you into getting the work done, but tell you what will happen if you don't and leave that option open for you to decide. I've been in practices before that would do and say anything to get you to commit right then and I did not stay long. This is a practice I will be with for a long time. Bryan is my dentist and he is very personable, remembering who I am each time, and ha a very good bedside manner. He seems to be in the practice because he wants to help people instead of chasing the mighty dollar. A good practice to be with when people care.

The staff was very professional. I have a huge fear about going to the dentist. They were understanding and put me at ease about my fears. They took their time and explained everything in advance.

Easy to schedule the very first appointment. From the first visit you can feel welcome and comfortable - friendly staff, very nice environment. The dentist inspires confidence, very thorough when explaining the process.

I can't express enough how pleased I was at my last visits, one day for a cleaning next day for a filling. Everyone is so welcoming and the facility is spotless. The staff treats you so good.DR. Andrew and DR. Brian Maples are top notch. Chelsea is very informative and goes above and beyond to keep me involved in my dental care. Dana is very busy and still manages to smile check you in update info advice you and check other patients out without missing a beat. If you're looking for A dentist you actually look forwards to seeing this is the place.

I was rather apprehensive about a new dentist after being a patient of Dr. Kilcoyne for many years. However, from the very first appointment with Dr. Maple, I have been completely satisfied with all of the services provided and the friendliness of the doctors and staff. I would recommend Advanced Dental Service of Jacksonville!

Dr. Maples demonstrates and lives his commitment to his patients. I am reminded by his attention to my welfare after a root canal procedure. The next day he called me to see how I was doing. I have never had a dentist do this before.

Love this dentist !!!! Andy and his staff are exceptional. Everyone is nice, helpful and informative. They answer thoroughly any questions that were asked and in ways that are easy to understand. There was no waiting time and procedures were fast as well. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know !!

The team at Advanced Dental Services does a great job of taking care of patients. They are intelligent, experienced and take time to educate patients.
