I was treated in a very professional, and friendly manner by all. The doctor and the staff had a clear answer to my questions. Very nice to have a doctor listen and freely answer questions. I felt at ease during my visit, which was helpful as my procedure took time. I will recommend them to anyone. You can tell they all are very experienced and care about their patients. Questions regarding insurance and billing were seamless.

I love Dr. Ball and her staff. They are very friendly, always on time with my dental appointments, She always drops what she is doing if I or my kid has a dental emergency. Dr. Ball always has my best interest on making decisions with my dental treatment!! She is amazing with small kids. I have been going to her for 12 years. I would highly recommend her because she truly cares about her patients.

We have been very pleased with pretty much every aspect of this dental office & team. They are all very professional & they have the equipment that is most effective for patients to be able to see what the dentist & hygienist are seeing (intra-oral cameras). I was a dental hygienist for many years & can say that the hygienist & the dentist, as well as the receptionist are very good at what they do!

The staff is very helpful and professional. They addressed all of my questions, moved forward with future procedures. I had the same dentist from 20 years and had to change since my dentist retired. This practice is definitely a keeper until they end their practice.

I have a great deal of experience with dentists having had bad teeth when I was young, I have had many dentists in the different cities where I have lived. Dr. Bal is with no doubts the best dentist I have ever known, gentle, caring, painless, and she gives the best advice.

I’m writing this review for my 20 month old son who just visited Dr. Bal for the first time. She and her staff went out of their way to treat him kindly. It was a great first dentist experience for him.

First time getting dental cleaning at their facility; the next day scheduled a filling for two molars— finished in 50 min. Didn’t change my bite at all! Love it here.

We were so relieved to be seen so quickly as our son was in a great deal of pain due to something that was missed by our previous dentist. Our 9 year old was guided through the process of needing a tooth pulled with great mastery! He was happy as a clam!

Dr. Bal was very friendly and thorough in her work. I loved how she took the time to personally clean my teeth since it was my very first visit and explained clearly any concerns she had. She did not push for any unnecessary procedure. Her staff is very courteous and polite as well! I will gladly recommend her to anyone.

very friendly professional staff. I love having Shelly as my regular hygienist for teeth cleanings. She knows how sensitive my teeth and gums are, and takes great care applying topical anesthetic on me before starting. doesn’t hurt at all, and my teeth feel so clean afterwards! Dr. Bal always explains what she suggests doing and why. She makes things easy to understand, and I always agree with her treatment plans and strategies. Her assistant Nataliya is noticeably more skilled and knowledgeable than most that I have met elsewhere. Her work in preparing and fitting my temporary crowns was fantastic. They were so comfortable and fit so perfectly that I wanted to keep the temporaries. The office is always clean and comfortable. Paperwork and billing is easy and minimal.

I found Advanced Dental Design on the Delta Dental location device online. They got me in the next day and spent a whole two hours reviewing my teeth. They took x-rays and gave me a tooth-by-tooth camera guided tour pointing out the good and not so good. Dr. Bal formulated a game plan to fix any problems based on critical to strictly cosmetic. She was friendly, professional and most importantly thorough. She was more informative in that two hour visit than my previous childhood/adolescent dentist. I am pleased with my move to Advanced Dental Design and I look forward to the next visit and how often is that the case with a dentist.

Everyone I met at this dental office was so kind and patient. I have serious anxiety about going to the dentist and had put it off for far-too-long because of this anxiety but everyone was so calming and reassuring. I am very happy this is the office I chose to go to after my long gap between visits, I will for sure be coming back regularly.

Because of the nature of what I do, making appointments can be very hard to do, ADD has always been so gracious in help with the complexity of my schedule. I love all the staff; they want you to feel right at home. Going to the dentist has always been very stressful for me, with ADD it is far less stressful. They are all awesome, they are a team, but even more they act like a family and they want you to feel apart of the family

I really have an issue with the appointment confirmation process. To threaten a $50 per hour charge without 48 hour notice is harsh. What if I am sick or have the stomach flu? Will you charge me? Over the years that my family and I have been your clients, WE have been canceled on by YOU multiple times, with less than a 48 hour notice. My point is that life happens sometimes and we shouldn’t be penalized. Chronic “cancellers” should be penalized.

It doesn't just feel like you're visiting a dentist office, but a place where everyone knows your name. All staff members are very friendly, and always make sure you're comfortable and out you first. Dr. Bal has such a great memory and truly cares about you by really getting to know you.

# 9 below could be 6 or 7 but 4 visits were for cleaning. Providers spend a lot of time in cleaning, , educating patients and emphasizing their desire to be painless. Although I have not had a problem with any of the staff, they are all great, I think Dr Bal and Shelley are exceptional.......over the top! Almost makes you want to go to the Dentist on your days off.

I am always hesitant to go to the dentist. While looking for a new dentist in Folsom, I asked my friend where she went, and she recommended Dr. Tiffany Bal. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and they are very accommodating with their schedules - especially with new patients. The women who work here (front desk, hygienists, etc.) are very professional, and they will remember your name the next time you come in. Today I stopped by for a regular cleaning. My appointment was at 9:00am, and I expected to stay for about an hour. I was done and ready to leave by 9:33am, which I think is awesome! Dr. Bal is super friendly, and explains things clearly. She not only tells you what might be wrong, but explains why. I would say she's very fair and trustworthy, as well. If you're looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend this office.
