Dr. Wilcox fit me in to his busy Thursday afternoon after my friend, a patient of his , called him to say any that I had a crown fall off. I had been frantically calling around trying to see a dentist with no luck for an appointment until Monday. DrbWilcox had e come in at 2:30. Had to wait a bit but it was all worth it as he cemented the tooth back on and I was on my way. Very pleasant office atmosphere as was Dr. Wilcox and very competent. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilcox .

My first ever extraction, Dr. Wilcox explained to me the process of loosening the tooth and the sounds I will hear. I was calm knowing what was happening and the different steps it took to remove this tooth. To my surprise it was very painless.

Dr. Willcox and his staff have always been professional and prompt when I have been to the office for routine cleanings and checkups as well as restorative work including fillings and crowns. They take the time to explain exactly what will be done and inform me of any changes since my last checkup as well as concerns of theirs that need to be addressed and the best plan of action.

Everyone at AccuCare Dental was great. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness and respect from the receptionist. The equipment they use seems very high tech and convenient considering they did most of the x-rays and pictures from the dental chair I was assigned to. My dental hygienist was awesome and did everything she could to make me comfortable and that I didn't feel anything during my cleaning. When it was time to speak with the dentist, he was very informative and gave me some great recommendations on my future care plan and the best course of action so my teeth and gums are healthy in the next 30 years. I love the personal feeling I got from the moment I walked in and that it didn't feel like a chain that is just pushing people through as quickly as they can. Went in for a crown. Supposed to be 2.5 hr procedure and it only took 2 hours. Whole procedure was pain free and as of this morning, you can not tell that any work was done. The fit is perfect. Great job.

Just finished three visits with Dr. Willcox. Superior results on the four teeth involved, the biggest takeaway is that he saved all four! The fact that the crowns are digitally scanned and built in-house on the day of your appointment is awesome and time-saving. Staff is super pleasant, I'm happy to be a patient there.

Bradley, I recently fell and It resulted in a Compression Fracture of my L1 vertebrate. (OUCH).This happened in late February not sure of the date. I have put most everything else on Hold while I am working thru the recovery of my Back. Hope fully that will be soon. My dental is in disrepair and not priority until I am able to walk as well as sit in a Dental Chair. I hope it will be soon when I can be Back in your Excellent Dental care. Warren Neal

Everyone makes you feel special. It took us awhile (and a few dentists) to find a dentist and staff that make you feel like they really care about you and are now out to make a quick buck. I had one dentist tell me I should get braces to make my smile perfect. I'm 74!!! Dr Willcox is all about preserving your teeth (important at any age) and not trying to "upsell" you extra services. He is gentle and, to put frosting on the cupcake, he has a great sense of humor. Glad we found him!!!

I was in pain with an infected tooth and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. I needed a root canal and the first part was completed in about 90 minutes, I will return to complete the procedure and be fitted with a new crown.

I was so impressed with my first visit with this office. An aire of happy efficient providers was my first impression. I knew I had several issues with my teeth and knew there was work to be done. However, Dr. Willcox gave me options and opinions based on what he would do and it wasn't just spend the money on every little issue. I felt in control of my work and my budget-something that is pretty rare with my experience with local dental offices. For example, my last dentist said it would cost hundreds to recement a crown-this office said to get a product just for this purpose at an over the counter CVS store. If that didn't hold up make an appointment for technical treatment.

Well truth be told I’m back in the dental offices of Mr Bradley Wilcox DDS. I’ve never been a fan of dentists or their dark art of dealing out senseless and meaningless pain. Hahaha. I think back in the 50’s and early 60’s I was permanently damaged by my visits to the Dentist. Us poor little monkeys had to endure the terrible pain of the drill w/o the numbing effects of novocaine. Always had the feeling they were professional torturers. Who enjoyed their jobs. So through the years I’ve avoided going to any Dentist and subsequently my teeth have suffered dearly. In my 68 years there are only two Dentists that I didn’t have great premeditated dislike of. One of them is Dr Wilcox. Believe me going to the dentist for me is like this getting on the scariest ride at the amusement park but the Drs work is excellent and overall he and staff emit relaxing vibes. So hear I’m sitting in a chair he so nicely provided for me again. I highly recommend the practice l

This is a great dental practice. Dr. Willcox is my regular dentist and saw me for an unexpected dental problem that came up suddenly. He fit me in in two days, diagnosed the problem and referred me to the necessary specialist. Besides that particular visit, the work done is always of the highest quality, very professional, on time, works out billing proactively. They even have the equipment to make crowns in one visit. I recommend this practice highly.

I had a root canal go bad so I contacted the office on a Monday. They scheduled me in for a morning appointment on Wednesday. I was promptly seen by the dentist and assistant and the tooth was removed painlessly even though the tooth broke into pieces. Everything went pretty quickly with no problems. I left with full knowledge of what to do after a tooth removal. The staff was efficient and caring and I'm glad that they were able to help.

Even though I've worked in the medical field for years, I've always had an irrational fear of seeing a dentist. Knowing a tooth was going to be extracted at my appointment left me with anxiety and hypersensitivity. I strongly dislike the smells, the taste, the sounds, the feeling I would choke on water squirted in my mouth, the sight of the instruments and would I bleed excessively as I am on a blood thinner. My anxiety was useless as Dr. Willcox and Jennifer as usual were professional, kind, and efficient. Dr. Willcox is also funny and his sense of humor helps a lot. The injection of novacaine was over before I had time to think about having a needle in my mouth. I was completely numb and finally loosened my grip on the chair arms. I am very pleased with the care I receive from the Dental Hygienists and the Doctor. Always making sure the experience is comfortable and thorough. I am just disturbed and disheartened that although I received an email advising and assuring strictest guidelines from the CDC would be followed to protect from Covid-19, the receptionist and back office workers were never masked. This happened the last time I was in and I had to ask the hygienist to please mask.

Dr. Wilcox and his whole team are the best. I called them the morning after I broke a crown thinking I would be waiting days for an appointment to replace it. This was my first visit to the Dentist since the Covid outbreak of March, 2020. While there was a slight change in procedure it was still an easy check-in. After having my temperature tested and my oxygen level measured I had a short wait until I was called back to the treatment area. I had a cleaning, x-rays and an exam by Dr. Wilcox.

i was a little surprised that my last visit cost me an additional 123.00, plus the insurance companiys portion for what was explained to me as a "buil up " for the crown. i had no clue that i was going to have to py extra. I have been a patient for years. The staff are always friendly and professional. I feel that i am well informed about the health of my teeth, how i can improve, and any work that needs to be done. They are great at problem solving and have always made sure that i knew all my options so that i can make the best choices for myself. They are all about their clients comfort and satisfaction and go the extra mile with the little thing. Example: They do many procedures start to finish in their office. So what used to take several weeks and visits can be done in one day. Once while i was waiting for the next step my phone died. They recognized this as an issue and now have chargers for iphones and androids in each station. I thought that was pretty impressive, not your typical oldschool dentist.

Outstanding work; comfort level was high for a nervous high strung guy like myself. Every step explained in detail of working upon a disintegrated tooth that needed a crown. Dr. Wilcox is about the coolest dentist you could meet. He tells it like it is but makes you feel comfortable that AccuCare Dental will find the best all around solution for your dental situation. The staff that I have dealt with in my visits the past couple of years is always cordial and professional. My wife Kristina has been going to AccuDental for many years and got me in there a couple years ago to try and get me back on track to keeping my teeth without having to go the denture route. I used to cringe at the sound of having to go to the dentist but don't feel that anxiety anymore. I would recommend Dr. Wilcox and AccuDental to anyone I knew and I look forward to continuing my visits as I strive to get my mouth in great shape.

Staff is exceptionally friendly while maintaining distance. Dr Wilcox discovered a soft spot through an x-ray image, verified physically and corrected 1 week later without the need for anesthetic. They were able to give an appointment on short notice as I was suffering with an infection. Let me start by saying I am not a fan of the dentist. I have many other places I’d rather be, like the DMV or stuck in traffic. That said Accucare makes every 6 months as seamless as possible for me and my family which is why I’ve been a patient almost 10 years. Dr Willcox is personable, funny, and speaks in language I understand- explaining the medical jargon he tells his assistants while performing my exam. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and very flexible to my hectic schedule. I’d recommend them to anyone who lives in or doesn’t mind driving to Scottsdale. What they can improve on is offering in office teeth whitening or creating the dental molds to whiten yourself at home. They used to do it and sell the bleach in the office but if they do still I haven’t been offered it as a service for quite a few years so I buy the bleach on amazon.

I came in with a horrible tooth ache because a filling fell out. I thought it was a filling that Dr. Wilcox fixed a few months ago so I was a little upset but it turned out it was an old filling from who knows how long ago. His assistant was able to show me pictures of the tooth from my last exam which showed it was already filled prior to that visit. He gave me a couple options in fixing it which I appreciated and then numbed me up and refilled it. Pain was gone immediately. Thank you!

I was charged for services outside of my dental insurance that were not requested. Nothing different was done from previous visits and yet my insurance and then I was charged for basic services. It seems to me like Accucare is charging my insurance company and then me for services that they either did not give me or for unnecessary services I did not request and then got away with it. This fraudulent charge was not owned up to and nobody knew why the extra services were done or why they differed from previous appointments.

Absolutely outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. I have tried so many different dentists over the years, but I never found one I liked until I came to AccuCare in Scottsdale. Dr. Bradley Willcox and the entire team are top notch at their game. Recently I had an old filling fail and we decided the best way to fix this was a root canal. Just saying that sounds terrible, but the process was 100% pain free, and it was 100% completed in a single visit. They have the tools to digitally map the inside of your mouth and make the crown in their office the same day. Really cool tech they have and they explain everything in clear English as they are doing it. I came in with a bad tooth and left the same day with a brand new tooth that looks like it’s always been there. I’ve had zero pain since I left there too. As long as I live in the Phoenix area, I will continue to go to AccuCare in Scottsdale.

Everyone was very informative and helpful. I didnt feel like they were rushing me "in and out" like so many doctors do these days. I felt they took the time to explain everything to me about my procedure, make suggestions for care and have fun with me.

I went in for a scheduled cleaning. I was apprehensive since there was a different hygienist. I met Elena (don’t know last name) who was an absolute delight. Definitely recommend Elena for anybody needing a hygienist, and will be requesting her for my next appointment.

Service was great as usual. Also know Both Doctor's are are also Veterans always makes me know I will be taken care on top of the friendly and professional staff they have. I also had Alina as my Hygienist this last visit and that was hands down the best cleaning I've had.

I love this dentist office. Everyone is so kind especially Dr Wilcox. He asks about you personally and they all have this attitude of we are on this together. I have recommended this office to a few people and they have all had positive experiences

Recently I have had two root canals and several cavities. One of the previous dentists had broken off an instrument in my mouth and required me to "sign a form" that I would not file a suit on him before he would finish! Dr. Wilcox and his staff were so great! They made me feel at home and the entire staff and experience was amazing. Don't look any further if you need any dental care.

I can't say enough positive things about Accucare. The entire staff is composed of first-rate professionals. They are expert at their craft, personable and friendly. They consistently exceed my expectations of proper dental care. The supporting technology is cutting edge. I had an implant placement yesterday and had no discomfort whatsoever during or after the procedure. Pain meds not needed. The experience of a tooth extraction four months ago was the same. I've been an Accucare patient for well over a decade, and I wouldn't keep going back unless I was thoroughly convinced about the quality of the care I would receive on my next visit.

I have been coming to this dental clinic for longer than 10 years and will continue to do so! The staff is amazing, attentive, and absolutely wonderful to work with! I can't say enough great things about the dental assistants and the front desk staff. This clinic has rotated through some dentists, but the core staff has been pretty consistent and so I am familiar with them and they have always treated me so well! Dr. Pham will be missed...I now live nearly 20 miles north of the clinic, and I will continue to make the drive! Thank you to this team!

Dr. Willcox , in my opinion has been the best dentist I've been to. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and honest. He doesn't try to talk you into a procedure that you really don't need. I'd highly recommend him.
