This is the place to be. The hygienist Diane and the DR were very thorough in explaining the state of my oral health. Suggested what I could do better at home. Which took away my anxiety and phobia of the dental office. They also gave a 7% discount of total bill. I’m over all satisfied with my visit, and will highly recommend 21st century dental. Also received a free whitening kit. Thank you very much!

21st Century dental was a great experience from start to finish. Came in for my regular cleaning and this had to be the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Attention to detail was very good as well as customer service. The office has reasonable prices and does not recommend anything you don't actually need.

Great Experience! Thu (hygienist) and Dr. Bristow were very accommodating and made the environment very comfortable. The staff was very respectful and genuine and the office screamed cleanliness. We've been here 10yrs. They take care of me and my family. They're always super amazing; courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating and flexible. Dr. Roy and his team are always very thorough, and clear with treatment plans. They're out of network for our insurance but we're willing to pay extra to be their patients. I'm pretty sure we'd fly in if we ever moved away. We can truly say we love our dentist office.

I had unnecessary dental work done as a teen (by a different dentist), It was a lifelong nightmare that kept me from returning to ANY dentist, even for a cleaning! Through time I recognized I had extensive damage and needed help. I contacted Dr. Roy via email about 19 years ago, embarrassed and frightened, but brave enough to send an SOS to this random dentist. Dr. Roy contacted me back at once for a consultation, and there we made a plan. We spent many hours and weeks repairing my teeth. He helped me through my fright, was so kind and patient with me. At that time, I needed heavy sedation to even show up to my appointments. Today I am proud to say that I am sedation free...with some help of my DA and a little Nitrous, and the incentive for a beautiful smile! I would not have come this far without the help of the amazing team at 21st Century that have assisted Dr. Roy on my treatment! The entire staff is amazing and make sure that you have a wonderful experience and do their best to make sure you receive quality care. Their offices are always exceptionally clean. Dr. Roy leads with integrity, honesty and is always upfront about the work that needs to be done. I pray that one day soon I will only have to return for a cleaning! I highly recommend 21st Century Dental!

I have been a patient with 21st Century Dental for over 30 years. They are the best dental office in town. Their facility is always impeccably clean, their employees are extremely polite and professional... I've never had a bad experience. I saw Dr. Smith for many years and now see Dr. Bristow and Dr. Roy for all my dental needs. Couldn't ask for a better group of dentists. They are personable and friendly and can put anyone at ease. They care about their patients needs and are very thorough. Great dentists!! Also, kudos to their remarkable staff. Jill is a dental assistant that has worked on my teeth for all the years I've been going. Recently broke a front cap that was knocked out when I was 17. She prepared the temp and I must say it was perfect! Color, size... she's an artist! Her work is phenomenal. Also kudos to Jason for all of his help as he works closely with the dentist while working on patients. He's got a smile that brightens everyone's day. Also to my dental hygienist, Cameron! She's amazing and you walk out with the cleanest mouth that just makes you want to smile at the world. If you are looking for a top notch dentist office... please go see 21st Century Dental. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend the entire team!

Honestly, I hate the dentist. I've had bad experiences before in other offices that kept me from taking care of my dental health. Jordan was great working with me for schedule and payment options. Diane was awesome! She answered every question I had before the procedure, which in return provided me with comfort and reduced my anxiety. She was extremely professional during the procedure, constantly kept me updated on what she'll be working on and took care of me when I had some discomfort. The atmosphere of the lobby area and the friendliness of the reception's helps to put you at ease from the start. The sense of comfort continues when you enter one of the treatment rooms where the dental assistant prep's you for the dentist examine or treatment. As a new patient I was assigned to Dr. Ashley Bristow, she had a very please chair side manner and was very detailed in her findings and suggested treatment plan to remedy my dental concerns. I had a very satisfying experience and glad to have found a long term dentist for treatment.

As usual, the entire staff here could not have made the visit any easier. They have done an excellent job of putting procedures in place to keep everyone safe and socially distanced. Words cannot express how I feel about my experience on my first and second visit. The staff was great right from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I’ve had a fear of getting dental work due to the pain that I have endured at other dental offices, when I say that the care that was given to me was the best that I have ever experienced I mean every word. I started as a patient roughly one year ago because they shared a building with my employer. Being new to town I was skeptical I could find a practice as good as the one I had back home but was pleasantly surprised. First off this office is very clean and organized, the staff is friendly and very caring and they always put my comfort first. They work directly with my insurance and make going in for a visit totally hassle free. Before Corona they used to offer milkshakes and cookies which was pretty awesome! and they have all of the latest and greatest technology. I trust that no matter how big or small an issue may be, they know how to handle it. I even recommended my husband and coworkers. So far so good! My one suggestion would be to clearly tell a patient when a product or service is an upcharge so there are no surprises at check out (fluoride) I would have gotten it anyways but its nice to know when you are paying for something.

I was seeking a second opinion about a cracked crown treatment. Dr. Bristow shared with me a different opinion of therapy for my cracked crown and then found another cracked tooth that will need a new crown. The pictures I saw and the X-rays taken helped explain the therapies.

This is not just a 5 star service dental practice but a 10 star! I felt safe during this time of Covid-19. I was texted when to come in and then my temperature was taken and asked various questions related to the virus. Everyone was masked and my hygienist and dentist had on face masks and face shields.

I have been a 21st Century Dental patient for 18 years. Never have i received the level of care and professional attention from any health care practitioner as I have with Dr. Roy and his amazing staff. I have severally sensitive teeth 95% of my mouth. After many years of painful cleanings to say I have anxiety coming in is an understatement. At my last cleaning Cameron used a strong topical numbing to prep me for injection which I get on my whole mouth just for a cleaning. After a few min we decided to try doing a cleaning without the shots. Cameron was so super gentle, patient, kept checking in with me and so incredibly attentive and supportive we made it through the whole cleaning without shots!!!! OMG it’s been so long g since I’ve been able to get a cleaning without shots I was glowing all day!! Thank you Cameron and De. Bristow you are an amazing team and I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Thank you!!!

I had a great first experience at 21stCentury Dental. First of all the space is beautiful and so peaceful. The staff was so sweet and answered all of my questions. I just visited 21st Century Dental for the first time this week at the recommendation of a coworker. Although it's a bit out of my way, upon walking in and being greeted by the friendly staff I knew it was worth the drive. Thu, my dental hygienist, as well as Dr. Roy, my dentist, were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in my new patient assessment and cleaning. There are a ton of amenities as well with the purpose of making patients as comfortable as possible. Definitely make 21st Century my new dental office!

Never did I think I would spend the time writing a review for a dentist! I recently moved from NY and wanted to find a dentist for a simple cleaning. I walked out with shiny clean teeth and a huge smile. My appointment was at 1:30 and I got called in around 1:40, my dental hygienist Diane was a doll, very thorough and friendly. Since it was my first time at the practice they took measurements and photos of my teeth for records. Each room is equipped with a massage pad on the chair, and a TV on the ceiling. They even let you pick what channel you'd like to watch. I can't believe I got time out from work to go have that much fun. For new patients there are options on whether to get $25 off your service or a teeth whitening kit, I chose the later. Also gave me a dental goody bag with toothpaste, a brush, chap stick, and mouth freshener. AND a chocolate milkshake. They bake fresh cookies every morning and have an assortment of teas and some flavors of milkshake that are made fresh. All in all, I obviously booked my next cleaning and can't wait to go back. (Still can't believe I'm saying this about a dentist)

The minute I walked into the Irving office I felt at home. The staff is so welcoming and very knowledgeable. Somehow they knew who I was when I walked in and continued to address me as if they knew me even though it was my first time there. I have been coming to 21st century since I was little kid with my parents. I have had Dr. Roy since then and he is great. He has a great personality and he really gets to know the his patients and learn details about them. I absolutely LOVE this dental office. So beautiful, clean, pleasant staffers and doctor. I referred it to the Sandals of Dentist office. So relaxing, and the fact I had a dental emergency on a Sunday and they're the only dentist office open on a Sunday was very convenient and able to fit me in as a walk in. I really appreciated that and the pricing was very reasonable. I had Dr. Natalie and she was GREAT. Funny, smart, and eased my nerves. I made her work hard on a Sunday lol but it was worth it, because my wisdom tooth that was bothering me is finally out. I'll be back Dr. Natalie. We have two more that need to come out lol and the gentleman assisting Dr. Natalie, Jason was AWESOME as well, very knowledgeable and very supportive when that tooth was being stubborn. The office staff was very friendly and made every attempt to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Since it was my first visit, I was given a tour of the office. We also went over my history and they took x-rays and photos before my cleaning. The dental hygienist was very friendly and when we were finished she walked me to the front where I checked out. They were very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and was able to answer all of my questions.

This dental practice is amazing! I have pretty severe anxiety and have historically dreaded going to the dentist. I also burn through Novocain so fast that it takes multiple ampules and shots to keep me out of pain. Dr. Bristow, her hygienists (most recently Thu) are kind, compassionate and accommodating. The service and care experience my husband and I have enjoyed at 21st Century Dental has already been excellent. The front office staff are friendly and welcoming. You never feel like you're interrupting their day. The hygienists and assistants always do a thorough job. Dr. Bristow is unfailingly kind and caring. I really cannot say enough about this practice. My last cleaning experience was with Thu, and she was very encouraging, sweet and knew what she was doing. My husband and I moving to Houston this week and we will continue to visit 21st Century Dental quarterly, driving four hours They are worth it!

95% or greater of my time spent in a dental office chair is spent with the dental hygienist. And the hygienists here are amazing! The experience is as close to being in a dental spa as you can get with all the extras they do to make you comfortable as possible. But it doesn’t stop there, at other very good practices I’ve been to, at some point I feel they are rushing a bit to get to the next patient. Not here, they always have taken the time to pay attention to the smallest detail while cleaning your teeth. My kids even look forward to their semi-annual cleaning. But that may have something to do with the milkshake the hygienists gives them at the end!

She explains how I need to keep healthy teeth, what I should do or not do. Michelle is professional and excellent in what she does. Dr. J. Roy comes in to checks on my month and teeth. I have had 3 visits to your dental office and I am impressed with the kind and caring staff. Lil is great! One thing I like is that your scheduling department is wonderful. They send text and e-mail reminders about the appointment. Plus the address is in the text, so it is easy to use my GPS. So far, I have never had to wait... you believe that our time is important too. This is not the case in many doctor's offices. My husband has been with 21st Dental for many years.....just wish I had changed earlier.

I was impressed with the music and TVs to make you feel more comfortable. I could have taken a nap in the dental chair, it was so comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the whole appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Bristow. Then I was given a complimentary whitening kit as a wedding gift, and that really sealed the deal. I will be referring others to this fantastic dental office!

The team at 21st Century combines the most cutting edge technologies and practices with tried and time-proven procedures to provide patients with the best dental care possible. The hygienists are most knowledgeable, competent and capable that you will have ever experienced in your travels. This high level medical acumen does not come at the cost of friendliness. In my ten years as a patient, every experience from cleanings to billing has been professional and very pleasant. If they have "off days" I have never seen one. I have also worked with Dr. Smith, Dr. Roy and Dr. Bristow. Again, in every case the interaction was professional, informative, friendly and without fault. The ability to assemble and train a team to consistently perform a the highest level is no mean feat. It speaks volumes about their ability to motivate others, lead people and retain talent. Dr. Bristow called me at 8:30 pm the night before my appointment to introduce herself & to confirm our appointment. She was very pleasant and it was a very nice surprise. The next day I met her assistant Jill. She was very low keyed and personable. Then I met Dr. Bristow. We talked & she understood exactly where I was coming from and after discussing finances, she got to work and did everything I wanted in about an hour. They were amazingly fast and very professional throughout the time I was in her chair. They went beyond my expectations and I was very happy when I left. I've already recommended people to go to this Dentist office. Thank you Dr. Bristow & team!! Keep up the good work!

21st Century Dental is the BEST!!! I love all of the staff. They are all friendly. Cameron is the GREATEST dental hygienist. She does an excellent job and is such a sweet person. Dr. Smith is a wonderful dentist and so thorough and kind. I could find a dentist a lot closer to where I work, but would never go anywhere else. They are worth the drive. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Top notch patient care and setting. Everyone I encountered had an excellent attitude and were all very friendly. Very clean and inviting office. I have only excellent things to say about the patient care and technical abilities of the staff. The billing, however, was a disgrace. I showed up for a regular check-up and cleaning (my first time at this dentist and my first check-up in about 2 years). The hygienist started with full-mouth x-rays and several "screenings." The dentist visited and they both recommended a "deep cleaning." I thought, okay, this is what I get for skipping 2 years of regular check ups. Then the billing girl came in and presented me with a $1200 bill for "isolated gum care!" I knew going in that they didn't accept Delta (by far the largest dental insurer in the US), but figured I would only be on the hook for $100 tops for a check up... My estimated portion was roughly $800. I bit my lip and figured the gum care must be necessary if the dentist and hygienist recommended it, paid my portion and received the treatment. The "isolated gum care" was the equivalent of spraying around my teeth at the gum line with a tiny pressure washer for about 20 minutes. In summation, excellent care (I felt completely at ease with the hygienist); but I definitely wouldn't go there if you have Delta dental insurance!

I have had dental emergencies in the past (broken tooth, loose crown) and called after hours or on weekends to leave a message. To my surprise, someone got bak to me within an hour or so. Once, they returned my call while they were at a Texas Ranges baseball game! They consistently go above and beyond for their patients. My wife and I are having to move to Houston (4 hour drive), but will gladly make the trip to keep our dentist!

Helen the dental hygienist that took care of me was amazing! I'm pregnant and she made sure I was very comfortable. She is very caring and informative. I am very pleased with Dr. Roy and Lil. They are very caring, efficient, and professional! If there is any concern about what they see in your mouth, it is checked out. They leave no stone unturned. Bad choices make for good stories! My mouth was a mess. I had broken teeth, due to poor dental work. My route canals rotted under the cap. I was in Dallas for a Conference, when my crown popped off at 9pm at night. My friend from Dallas recommend I call 21st Century Dental and Sleep Center, and by 7am the next day, I was sitting in the dental chair! I always have a positive experience at 21st Century Dental. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. My hygienist, Lil, is professional and kind. She gives recommendations for keeping my teeth and gums healthy. I feel they do a thorough job and don't rush me out the door. My son recently chipped his two front teeth on the playground, and Dr. Roy did an excellent job rebuilding his teeth. If you didn't know what had happened, you wouldn't even be able to tell by looking at my son's teeth. They look great. Jason assisted and kept my son calm, comfortable, and informed the entire time. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Lil and Dr Roy are wonderful! The exam is always thorough, and they very clearly explain the state of my dental health. They also clearly explain what they are doing and why, whether it be a simple cleaning or other procedure. All of the staff strive to provide an exceptional client experience, and I have yet to experience anything less.

My daughter recommended that I go to her dentist because I had a recent infection in a tooth next to a tooth that previously had an old root canal. My tooth was grey and turned black at the gumline. I didn't even want to smile. So I made arrangements for a consultation appointment with Ashley Bristow, DDS. From the minute I walked into the lovely office complex, which is like a spa, I was impressed. Jason, her dental assistant and the first staff person I met after the receptionist, was wonderful. He took xrays and pictures. He set the tone for an awesome visit. Dr. Bristow's demeanor put me at ease immediately. I found her to be thorough, personable and professional. The best part of my visit was when I looked at my tooth subsequent to her polishing it. When she finished it was the same color as my other teeth, which was not predictable from my view. I was amazed. I found her to be very ethical as well. They were both very supportive and made my experience most enjoyable. This is not what all dental experiences are like, for sure.

Awesome Dentist! Your comfort is their top priority! Laughing gas makes cleaning enjoyable, which I never thought was possible. They also didn't lecture me about not flossing, and told me I clench and grind which none of my other dentists have told me. I also have a very small mouth and x-rays are usually painful, gagworhty, and unconfortable, with laughing gas they were a breeze.

A couple days ago, I came in for a teath cleaning. As usual, I was greeted by Helen Brewer. The cleaning went well, and of course Dr. Roy was great. I found out a very long time ago, flossing does two things. Makes for a healthier mouth, it also makes for a much easier teath cleaning experience. It's either that, or Helens abilities as a dental hygienist are impeccable. In all, the brand new facility and the great care I get at 21st Century is bar none, one of the best. Thanks so much!
