Dr Winter was late -- my leap of faith was because it was a Friday of traffic problems everywhere. Once in-house, in-person --- was efficient, direct, friendly, to the point and completed. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. Jacob did a fine job with the opening part of the eye exam.

I was overcharged for my visit. I didn't know that Delay is an OD and thought he was an MD. I have BEAM and he is part of the VSP network. I should have been charged on $10 and not $100. I am not happy with the business office and feel that I was taken advantage of by them!

Dr Koslovsky has a great "bedside manner". He listens to my concerns, reviews my medical history along with the dry eye syndrome annoyances. He showed me the pictures of my beginning cataract and allayed my anxiety of having surgery anytime soon. His assistant Tobias was equally courteous and proficient with the initial eye exam. The front office is runs smoothly too. I've recommended this practice to a neighbor who is very pleased with her office visit.

This was my first visit with Dr Koslovsky. I was so impressed with all the office and support staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful. And I felt so comfortable with Dr Koslovsky. Even though my insurance with UnitedHealthcare hadn't change since my last visit, I still had to pay $115.00 for my appointment. According to the receptionist, my ID No. had changed and they couldn't submit the claim. I told her I was not aware my new card had a different ID No. I asked her if she could update my information. She no, I should have contacted the office prior to my appointment. I told her I didn't want to pay the $115.00 at this time and if I could reschedule. She then said I would have to pay $45 for the reschedule and that I would also have to pay the $115.00 as well. I was not happy with the way this was handled. I think it was very bad customer service by your receptionist. I should have told Dr. Delay during my exam, but I was more concern about the results. Please note, I had another appointment the following day. I explained my new ID No. to the receptionist. She said no problem, we can updated it at this time. I don't understand why your receptionist gave me a hard time and couldn't have done the same.

Dr. Delay performed the most thorough eye exam I have ever had -- and I had previously been seeing a Harvard graduate in Ophthalmology. Thankfully he did, because he found an issue in my right eye. First time visit, which the location was excellent, and enough free space parking. Once in the clinic, the staff employee who serviced me was very nice with a smile. I did not wait long. Once Dr. Delay came in to the room for consultation, he introduced himself and he was very polite. Dr. Delay started the examination, he was very informative with what he was doing. Within a few minutes from the examination, he knew what the problem was. Once I was dismissed, I went home and referred a relative of mine.

Dr Delay is an excellent doctor. I would not trade him for anybody else! I trust him with my eyes. He has healed an eye infection that another doctor had been treating me for weeks. The infection would not go away. By the Grace of God I saw Dr Delay that day and he immediately knew what type of infection I had and he prescribed the right meds and I was healed!!

I was pleased with my visit. The lady that completed my vision exam was very pleasant, explained my options for purchasing glasses, and the adjustments she made to my prescription. Dr. Winter was very professional and pleasant and I feel very confident in his abilities. My only complaint is the wait time. I waited over 30 minutes after my appointment time, to be called into the back, 20-30 minutes having my vision exam completed and then waited another 20 or so minutes before the doctor saw me.

My only complaint with this visit is that my appointment was at 8 am, the technician was finished with his part of my exam by 8:20 and then told me Dr. Kozlovsky probably would not be in until about 9. Fortunately, he arrived about 8:40 so the wait was not too bad. But I don’t understand why I was scheduled long before the doctor was expected to arrive.

Dr. Camacho has been seeing my husband for a few years, since he is more confused now, it was hard for him to repeat all the letters, so Dr. Camacho went another route to try to get the results, and did explained them. Because of his strokes which affected his speech, memory and now has Dementia it was more difficult. The Doctor explain what she was recommending as far as his glasses, I understood perfectly. She said if there any other changes I noticed to let her know, and would see him sooner. A great visit with her. Very satisfied.

Could not be happier with the visit. All staff were friendly, prompt, and professional. The intern explained everything she needed to do. Dr Winter let me know that my cataracts had progressed slightly but no need for intervention. Relieved to know that there was no evidence of macular degeneration. This is a concern as several members of my extended family have dealt with it. Vision evaluation was smooth. My records of previous visits was available to both doctors and they wear referenced during the exam.

I will continue to see Brian Winters as he has served me very well. It is the office staff that I had an issue with my last visit. It was all because I requested a copy of the invoice to review prior to paying for my estimated portion of the YAG Cap procedure. Initially, I got the impression that I patients don't routinely ask to see a written invoice breakdown of the procedure, what the insurance provider is covering and then what the outstanding balance is. I did push back and state that I was not going to pay until I could review at which time they did agree. What happened next was confrontational. I was told that I had to rush or reschedule as I was put on the clock! I asked how much time I had to review and was told 3 minutes or I would be forced to reschedule. Once I was handed the invoice, it turned out to not be an invoice but just from aetna where I had a 500 dollar deductible. Nowhere did it include the name of the procedure nor the breakdown of the charge by percentage aetna, percentage patient. At this point, Dr. Winters came out and I asked to speak to him in the hallway I explained that my request was reasonable and he agreed. I then got a copy of the procedure for signature and a "sticky" note - yest "sticky" note with my portion of the cost and the total overall. It was pointed out several times that it is my responsibility to obtain the information I was asking from Aetna. The lesson learned here is then that I will need to contact the office to find out what the cost of the procedure is. Then contact Aetna to find out what my portion will be before I arrive for my scheduled procedure. Dr Kozlovsy does a great job. It was a busy day at the office, so I had to wait in another area for my appointment, once called back. Somehow, I didn't get my eye exam and had to remind the young woman. I'd had the chart exam and the eye pressure exam. The attendant told me I could have it done 'next time'. No, I told her, I've already paid for this and need to get my prescription. She did it, but I thought she hurried through it. I was told my prescription was the same as last time. Was it? They girl med student was not very communicative She just come in put eye pressure instrument up to eye and not explain Wasn’t very patient when I didn’t want both eyes dialated just my eye first that was repaired w cataract surgery She kept kept leaving the room no notice on what she was doing Very rude I felt first not so good experience

I had an appointment with Dr. Kozlovsky, he is a very caring and patient physician. He has been my daughter, husband and my eye consultant for many years as well . I have referred friends to his office and recommend this eye consultants and office personnel very highly.

1st visit. Very impressed with timeliness, ease of check in, intern (Kailee) was exception in her delivery, understanding, examination, knowledge and treatment; Dr K was excellent in all of those same actions. I feel very confident I have my eyes in the right hands!

I am so happy to be a patient here. Not only has Dr. K done fantastic work on my cataracts and discovering my nevis, but the office is amazing. When my daughter got a chemical burn in her eye, even though she was not a patient, they saw her immediately and she is fine. Now she is a forever patient!
